    Love the video. Lots of details that some of the others don't have. Cedar Park definitely looks like a great place to be!

    At 4:50, you said pro number 2, but the caption in the video says con number 2. 😁

    The new lake line park is pretty nice. I think it just opened so we went there over the weekend. Great video 😊

    Also, what about cute little shopping areas, like say you wanted to take your mom to lunch and do some outdoor shopping…I know you said Round Rock outlets… looking for something inside Cedar Park… or any new shopping coming.

    • @LiveInATX
      @LiveInATX  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey there! A couple of shopping areas that come to mind are The Parke and Cedar Park Town Center. The Parke features a mix of national retailers, restaurants, and entertainment options. Cedar Park Town Center is another great shopping center located near Cedar Park's City Hall. It hosts a variety of retailers, restaurants, and services catering to the local community. Happy to answer any questions or show you around if you decide to relocate here! Feel free to Call or Text: 512-270-0966.

    There’s really good food there too. Try Cajun skillet and noodle alley. The food will get better.

    Are there any alligators in Lake Travis?

    • @LiveInATX
      @LiveInATX  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Alligators inhabit the Colorado River, which feeds Lake Travis, but wildlife professionals believe their numbers in the lake are small.

      @ Thank you so much! This is so helpful! I will be sure to not swim in it 😅

    • @LiveInATX
      @LiveInATX  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@Zestofmatoa I'm Happy to help! Due to the low number of alligators in Lake Travis, many people continue to swim and participate in water sports. In fact, I was unaware of the presence of alligators until I researched it.

    There's a lot of parks for kids and also the YMCA and recreational center is fantastic.

    It’s way more expensive to live up there. They do have really good churches, bike lanes, nice neighborhoods etc

      Cedar park is very reasonable compared to Austin where I lived for over 60 years. So glad to finally leave Austin as CP is much nicer.

    Cedar Park has no public transportation whatsoever. I feel that's important to point out

    • @LiveInATX
      @LiveInATX  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You're absolutely right about Cedar Park's limited public transportation, and it's a crucial issue. Thanks for taking the time to watch and share your thoughts. Your input is greatly appreciated, and I'm always open to learning more and exploring how I can improve.

      It's not. The surrounding areas are less desirable in general. Moving to Austin does mean moving to Texas.

    I have been in the CP area for over thirty years. CP use to be just another quiet burb of Austin. Then ten years ago, people found it and started leaving Austin and moving north. The schools here (Leander ISD) is the best in the central Texas area. CP now is very expensive to live in for what you get. But you are not in Austin and that is why folks have moved here. Austin is a homeless have, ruined by liberal policies.
