Jet2 Boeing 757 STUNNING RARE Runway 19 Approach & Landing in Fuerteventura!

Join me onboard Jet2 Boeing 757-200WL G-LSAE as we break out of some thick stormy clouds passing Lanzarote before turning on to the localiser for Runway 19, a rare approach as the prevailing wind is almost always in favour of 01. We become established on the ILS passing Corralejo, once descending on the glideslope we pass the mountainous terrain of La Oliva before overflying the Island's main town of Puerto del Rosario. Shortly after this we touch down a few minutes early!
Running a tad low on content at the moment so I thought I'd post the what is probably my favourite approach I've ever done, hopefully you enjoy & I'll have more new footage soon!

Great video and a rare approach. In summer, the chances on getting a 19 approach are very low, but from mid-december to march, the chance isn't that low.

You can go wherever an airline is prepared to take you but you have to adhere to isolation rules back home. I should by lying on those dunes next Tuesday but I fear it may be cancelled before then
