  • Today's interview is about homosexuality. In Japan, same-sex marriages are not yet recognized, and I believe it is still a difficult society for homosexuals. Let's find out what the actual opinions
of people on the street are.

Can you pls tell Sayuri to interview older people as well when asking about such topics as it would be interesting to hear the opinions of different generations to see if there is a big change in the way of thinking? Pls also tell her that she is a great ring announcer at TJPW and she would be a great wrestler as well if she trained for it.

I can see why Sayuri, who works with pro wrestlers at DDT & TJPW, would have great interest in this topic

For this topic specifically, I think it would have been better to interview older people also. In any developed country young people usually don't consider homosexuality as a "bad" thing but it's not the case for older people lol.
Btw I think opinions can be very different from people living in countryside as well.

    Sayuri-chan is so pretty 😍
As for the matter at hand it's all fine and dandy for grown ups but the potential kids of those couples will have lots of issues to deal with i think

As an Australian teenager same sex marriage was only legalised about 6 years ago but the kids here have now grown up where they werent old enough to imagine life before that so its quite normal to see gay people in public in the schools ive been to.
Especially with the internet and videos like this, younger kids who are now growing up on the internet will be exposed to a wider variety of people then just the people in their community so i think young generations will make the world a much more accepting place when they grow into adults then past generations

I have many friends who live under the rainbow flag, in Japan and rest of the world. Personally I believe in equality for all so the lawmakers in Japan needs to take the leap of faith and make Japanese residents who live under the rainbow flag and allow everyone to marry the person they love regardless of gender🏳‍🌈🐼🐼

This was a great video, good time, and realistic questions, only bad point, is english subtitles are a bit way too off from what is spoken sometimes, if it was a bit more "direct" that might be better for me.

    Hi,
here in the uk, as in much of Europe, it is pretty much excepted & marriages are legal.
    My question is to you.
How do you personally feel about this?
Thank you for your content 😃

I would explore this issue again but interviewing people in Shinjuku Nichome. It would be more interesting to learn LGBT people's experiences from their own perspective instead of just straight people on the street.

I personally agree with same-sex marriage, but I believe that having a child at all costs goes beyond the concept of equality and is more a matter of vanity. Don't you think that behind this model is the mainstream's need to create more consumer categories?
