Even after its recognize worldwide we still need to undergo DGCA conversion exam as in india you can dispatch flight with DGCA license/ approval only. And for that you require 10+2 with science. For others who passed from different field you still can apply for this course but again in order to work in india u required indian DGCA license/ approval. Also getting job outside india without experience is very hard. I would recommend to read all the DGCA guidelines before enrolling in any dispatch courses.

After completing the course from FSTC. I will have to give DGCA exam to get the approval to work as a flight dispatcher in India.
