Beating eggs with a fork or whisk adds better flavor and texture, making the eggs nice and fluffy. Also helps them cook evenly. It’s kind of sad how little this woman knows about cooking simple meals, it’s such a basic life skill.

You can get roasting flavour by putting foods in the oven.
Less oil to no oil required.
