In the mornings I usually have a cup of black earl grey. I drink a lot of zero caffeine tea and always have it black. However, I often have monster energy strawberry dreams ultra (10cal) or the white ultra (15cal), especially at school because I need the energy and it has way less calories than any food I could bring into school. I know it’s not healthy, but I never think abt that all I care about is calories not macros lol I’m lowkey a junkorexic.
Okay, so, I don't know if it's a good idea to write this here, but since it's on the topic, I just wanted to ask to be clear. I'm not sure if I'm developing some kind of "ed" or have already developed one. I've been paying attention to what I eat for a very long time, and most of it is just fruit and vegetables. potatoes, etc. I also pay very close attention to calories, doesn’t matter whether we’re shopping groceries or if I’m just eating at home. I also don't really dare to eat anything other than what helps me lose weight or is healthy. I don't dare talk to my parents or anyone else about it because I'm afraid they just won't take it seriously or anything like that. That's why I thought I'd just ask here, since it's mainly about the topic. I hope I wasn't rude or disrespectful in any way. But it would be really great if someone could help me or tell me whether I'm just pretending and imagining it, or whether it could actually be something more serious, since, as I said, I've been carrying it around with me for a quite a long time and I just have a feeling it's not normal. I just want clarity. Thanks for any help..

In the beginning i also had some weird habits around food and i paid a lot of attention to calories and i tried to lose weight by restricting and not eating specific foods. I thought that this was normal and I didn't dare to tell anyone about it but this was a mistake because this was a path to developing an ed. I'm not a professional or anything but most people start developing an ed when they are really focus on counting calories and being afraid to eat certain foods and being afraid to talk to anyone about it . So please seek help and don't be afraid to talk to your love once or anyone, if you can get help now it won't be too late to recover and I'm sorry that you feel this way and thankyou for sharing your thoughts as it was brave of you! I just wanted to say that don't be afraid to talk and get help and if you have any questions please feel free to ask ! 🤍💝I hope you can get better soon 🤍
