Robert, as usual you are absolutely right. Having said that, it is not the energy that's lacking in this country but the political will to put it to good use... regrettably.
Just like many countries the government takes credit for everything that is right and gets blamed for everything that is wrong but in the US more than any other country each citizen has the right to succeed or fail based on their own merit.
