Total Lunar Eclipse January 2019 Visibility + Conjunction

- On Sunday-Monday January 20-21, 2019, there will be a total lunar eclipse visible to North and South America, Europe, and Western Africa. It also happens to be a supermoon and is the Wolf Moon because it is January. This video shows what can be seen from New York, Paris, Lagos, Cape Town, Istanbul, and Dubai and what phases will be visible around the world. There will also be a conjunction of Venus and Jupiter on the morning of Tuesday January 22 before sunrise.

what is the ECLIPTIC CONJUNCTION listed on the NASA Lunar Eclipse chart?
The ecliptic conjunction is 05:16:03 UT. Greatest eclipse is at 5:12:16 UT

I am not too sure so if anyone can answer this better than me please reply. B ased on the website below, the ecliptic conjunction is the moment of the New Moon and when the Moon, and sun are opposite each other relative to the Earth. I have to wake up at 5:30am to see the lunar eclipse
I have to stay awake until 1 am on the east coast of the US.
New York has total because it will be 2 or 1 am

1:00 Paris (West Mainland Europe, Extreme Western Africa, Southern Scandinavia and Northern Russia.
1:25 Lagos (Ivory Coast, Ghana, Niger, Nigeria, Tunisia, Mali, E. Algeria, W. Libya, Italy, and Eastern Europe.)
1:40 Istanbul (Angola, Cameroon, Chad, E. Libya, W. Egypt, Turkey, Ukraine, and part of Russia.
2:25 Cape Town (W. South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, DRC, Uganda, Sudan, W. Saudi Arabia, Israel, Iraq, W. Kazakstan, Part of Russia.
3:02 Dubai (East coast of Africa, Eastern Arabia, Western parts of -stan countries, and parts of Russia.
