Going to watch rest if your tomorrow
Take care
A lovely spring day in Wales! Great video mate. I'm looking forward to the Brecon Way series. I presume Toby will be going too?
Thanks, buddy! Yes, he'll be by my side as always. He loves the hikes.
Loving your videos.
Thanks Byron, glad you're enjoying the channel. ATB, Ryan.
Love it Ryan
Thanks for watching, John 😂
Awesome views mate
Thanks, Baz!
Wow, that was a bit of a turn around in a short time, mind anyone that knows the beacons will be aware how quick it changes. I think it was James of Joinmeodoors who camed around that area a little while ago. It's a art of the Beacons I haven't walked in a while, must put that eright this summer... Looking at Toby when you are filming I just wonder what goes through his head...he looks so animarted with his expressions at tmes..lol. Great watch as ever. atb Al
Hello, Alan, yes I saw that video - I've been planning to camp in that spot for a few years, watching that gave me a nudge to get up there. Thank you for watching, take it easy, Ryan.
Great video, some weather :)
Thank you and thanks for watching.
Hi Ryan, loved watching your video. By any chance were you parked at Blaen Llia car park next to the river on Tuesday night 26th March? I’m sure I saw you getting into an estate car. I was in the white motorhome there. Anyway nice video mate
Hi Neil, thank you and thanks for watching. Yes, that was me, mate, just getting down from the mountain on this camp. I remember seeing your camper there.
Hi Ryan, I’m originally from Cwmaman but escaped from there years ago. I was wondering where you live cos you mention your first sneaky camp on the mountains around Aberdare?
@@reggie23667 I was down the Top Club in Cwmaman watching bands just a few weeks ago. I'm Aberdare born and bred, living in Penderyn now. When I saw your camper, I was thinking 'I bet it's nice and cosy in there' sheltered from that weather.
Yes I think that’ll be him. He used to manage Llwydcoed footie team as well.
We’re almost down in St.Davids which is our weekend location. Well we’d be there if she hadn’t stopped to get bloody shampoo!!!😂😂
Where you and Toby off next? I’m subscribed to you now and fully notifified so I’ll be looking out for the next one. Have a great weekend and stay safe!!
That's him, haven't seen him in donkey's years. We'll be doing the Beacons Way within the next few weeks, maybe a camp or two before we set off - I'll be planning it all around the weather. Thanks for subbing and have a good weekend, mate.
Just found your channel loving the videos (; this beat one I’ve watch yet
Thank you and welcome to the channel. ATB, Ryan.

Cracking vlog. That Jalfrezi looked amazing. We need the ingredients if you ever get a chance!
Thanks, Mark. Funnily enough, I made this Jalfrezi dish again, just a few days ago. Link to the recipe below; I'm veggie, so just add meat of your choice. Enjoy.

@ Many thanks Ryan, I am ordering the spices and will try with Tilapia. I really miss a good jalfrezi.
@@MarkDaviesThailand You're welcome. Enjoy, mate
Great vid. +1 sub. Can I ask, do you carry a PLB… just in case something goes wrong and you’re outside a coverage area?
Thank you, Jennifer, and welcome to the channel. No, I don't use one. I do always carry a map and compass and always inform my partner of the routes I'm hiking. All the best, Ryan.
Another fantastic video thankyou so much from myself and my wife. Do you reduce your gear to fit in tobys 😊
Thank you and thanks to you both for watching. No, I take a larger pack on the one night winter camps so I can fit it all in. In the summer months, I can fit both his and mine in a smaller pack.
I like the accent. Is that Welsh?
Thanks. Yes, I'm from the Brecon Beacons in South Wales.
What kind of dog is Toby ?
Hi Paul, he's Border Collie cross Dalmatian.
Where's Toby's steak...
No steak this week, I'll have to make it up to him on the next camp.
Great video but that wind blowing under your tent … brr
Thanks, Eileen. Yes, it was a cold one for sure.
Try Colombia Omni Heating jackets perfect for weather like that even have beanie as well north face 👎
I will take a look at these, thank you.
I've swam that reservoir..I Don't recommend it..😂😂😂😂
Yes, it's cold in there, even on the hottest of summers.
@@wildaboutwales coldest water I've ever been in..🤣
looking at that spot to take my wifes nephews could i get three tents to fit
Bloody great spot this one. I'm struggling to remember how good the ground was. I think you could, maybe not the perfect pitch, but you should get 3 there. Join me Outdoors did a camp there and he fitted 2 tents in.
@@wildaboutwales thanks Ryan I’ll give it a go
Cant watch you live stream says verify your age.
I'm not sure what's going on there as I've never done a livestream?
@@wildaboutwales wrong video.
@@whoarewe7515no worries 👍🏼
Please get your dog proper winter gear..
He has a fleece, a coat, an airbed and a sleeping bag - I always make sure he's warm and comfy..
@wildaboutwales I worry because I've seen a dog die because of it...
@@Jason-ke2nj sorry to hear that, mate, that's terrible. No, I always make sure he's as comfy and as warm as I am. Thanks for your concern 🙂
@@wildaboutwales sorry to comment
@@Jason-ke2nj no need to apologise, mate, you're only checking he's warm enough. That's a good thing 🙂
