moved here after 10 years of living in San Marcos and i found the right place to retire. i love my place in the Harveston area which is very close to I-15 and I-215. Me and my wife still work in San Diego but will soon retire. I love everything here in Temecula.
Yup. Moved here from Vegas. Vegas suck @$$. 10000000000000000x prefer murrieta/temecula. I go to SD regularly for beaches during week and it's been 1 hour max when I head over and come back. Good stuff
Are there any communities with at least 1/4 acre lots and 70’ wide? Considering how remote Temecula is all I’m seeing are lots that are very close to each other

You're being sarcastic but it's true a lot of white trash and wannabe rich people live there. If you have to work meaning work is not an option but a necessity you are not rich. As an outsider I could never live around those type of people.
@stevesmith756 Thanks for watching! We've been out here for 20 years and it's definitely more congested! I'm optimistic that all of the work being done to the 15 and 215 freeways will help a little with the traffic.
@@ShaneBernal unfortunately we just keep adding housing and people. There are no surface street improvements to handle the load. And I see a new apartment city just off the 15 by the Mercedes dealership. And now grading behind old town again for more high density housing. We are a bedroom community. High density is not good

Apparently you have never driven from the High Desert to Los Angeles to go to work, going over the Cajon Pass ( I-15)can be Brutal. Lol.
Temecula is an absolutely wonderful place to live, although I wouldn't want to have to commute

They have little to no homeless. Temecula/Murrieta are Red cities and their stricter policies certainly have done their job to protect the community
