I’m sorry I have the same problem but I know why, since Microsoft have had to work at home they have put the bandwidth up, if you have let’s say 80mps that’s not good because the bandwidth makes it to powerful and it disconnects every 3 minutes, so try buying a WiFi router

Connect the xbox with a LAN cable Set IP to automatic Set mac to automatic The console should start updating If that doesn't help, update consoles with usb drive 😀

With that said, i was playing normally and then the power went out, i left the console there not wanting to turn it on immediately because i wanted to be cautious. After that, it says i am connected to the wifi, but I can’t load Fortnite or forza horizon 4 or the crew 2, all i can do is play games like forza motorsport 7 and horizon 3 but it has to be offline. The thing that doesn’t make sense is if the wifi is down and i go offline i can still sign in my account. But if I don’t go offline randomly i get signed out and the games that won’t load loaded. But I can’t sign in so it’s useless. This Sunday will be the 2nd week of this happening and Xbox assist doesn’t help. So if you can help me plz reply like i said and i will give you so many thanks

Stormz Xd i would recommend moving your router closer to your game system. i spoke to a microsoft assistant for 45 minutes and all he told me was to try a wired connection or move your xbox closer to your router.

Basically I went to cex and bought it .. they do a two year warrentee and said it was a hardware issue .. so replaced it .. however I doubt Microsoft would ever do something like this .. I think you need a new Xbox

If it’s still not working have you tried a hard reset? Maybe that will work. If you don’t know how to do it just hold down the button on ur xbox until it starts blinking and then turn it back on again about 30 to 45 seconds later. That may help ❤️
Mine says incorrect password and it’s the exact pas on the router. It happened right when i plugged it in after getting home and happened to brother too but his fixed on its own not mine

try going to the internet settings and disconnecting wireless the reconnect back

Guys what worked for me was changing my last two characters in the mac address with a random Letter/Number. (I did C-1) and it worked like a charm
