Wow I’m so glad you finally reacted to Gfriend! Here’s a few extra facts that you should know (that I can think of lol):
- Gfriend is known for their “power-innocent concept”. Their trademark is having songs that aren’t exactly cute but also not girl crush either, and have developed their own unique sound over the years.
- Gfriend is actually one of the top girl groups in kpop right now. In a poll back in 2018, Koreans voted Gfriend as the 3rd most popular girl group in Korea right after Twice and Red Velvet. While they’re not as popular internationally as BP, Twice, and RV- Korea absolutely loves them, and this shows with almost 50 wins if I’m not mistaken. They’re also always in the running for best female group of the year.
-Gfriend is widely known as one of the best female dance groups in Kpop right now, and are known for their sharp knife-like choreo
- They’re very popular for their 2x speed and blindfolded dances to their songs
-Both SinB and Eunha trained with Bighit
-The girl who hit the first high note (Yuju) is probably known as one of the best vocalists of this generation along with Wendy (RV) and Solar/ Wheein (Mamamoo). Seriously, her vocals are fucking insane and her high notes are her trademark.
- Even though Yuju is the main vocal in Gfriend, all of the members have amazing voices and are very stable when it comes to live performances.

Back in 2015-2016 they called gfriend as female bts because their dance is hard and they came from a small company but they make it bigger because of their hard work and gfriend are the only group who is under source music just like bts and The fact that they are knows for their powerful dance more than their unbelievable vocals it makes me sad cuz you should really react to all of their crazy dance practice and also they were the first group to try 2X speed dance in weekly idol with rough you better cheek more gfriend
I think this MV plot connects to their one from last year. In Time For the Moon Night, the girls are all grieving since Eunha has died and it flips between before and after she died. Here she seems to be stuck in this magic forest playing piano while all the others are in a different enviroment. The whole time they are a bit sad but one Umji connects the piece of the music and plays it, all the girls go to Eunha's magical place and feel connected to her again.
While TFTMN was about loss, this might be about coming to terms with it and finding joy again
but at the end it was a dream and they are sad about it
the girls can only meet eunha at night in their dreams, so sunrise is tragic

Yay! I'm glad you finally reacted to Gfriend! They're a really talented beautiful group with great vocals and equally great dancing. They're actually known for they're powerful synchronized choreography. You should really watch some of their dance practices or dance versions of MVs because they're very dance heavy and amaizing. And personally, I think Yuju is one of the strongest female main vocals (the one who did the crazy high notes and held them) but all the other girls are great too.
My bias from Gfriend is Eunha, but you’ve been sleeping on them, now you know lol You should react to the rest of their MVs, they have some of the best dances imo

Yuju is, objectively speaking, in the top 5 for the best vocals of all time. Gfriend was once considered the gg with the most difficult choreo, and their synchro is godlike. I ain't joking. They are queens of choreography. They did every possible game: 2x, blindfolded, rollercoaster, random rance, random dance 2x, in line, in a 1mt square all together... It was largely thanks to them that these weekly idol's challenges became popular.
Now they still have pretty difficult choreo but other ggs are catching up to fill out the disparity.
I really, really need you to react to Time for the moon night (and put extra glue under your wig because HO MAH GAWD.)

gfriend is known for their strong vocals, like 4/6 of them can hit high notes. and their dance- bruh dont even talk about it, they're known for their dancemoves since theyr're like 1 person copied into 6 lmaooo its like naruto's skill. theyre so in sync even if you put them in a line and ask them to dance, you can only see the first person's movement since they're that sync. best girlgroup for me, idk why they're so underrated. i hope bighit can promote them

To understand this MV, u have to check out "Time for The Moon Night". Also the lyrics are a big hint. Buddies are still trying to figure it out but the main theory is that Eunha is dead & the other girls can only meet her in their dream. That's why at 9:54 Yerin was looking out at the window & at 9:56 Sinb was looking at the clock in a worried way. Once it's sunrise, their time together with Eunha will end cuz they'll wake up.
