Thank you for taking time to make a video even though you are not feeling 100%. The ways thing are in the UK right now politically is very draining for us empaths, the fear and anger in the country is overwhelming and it's hard not to feel like the world is going to end. I've had to limit my time on the internet and I stay away from the main stream media as it's too much to handle. Getting out into nature helps a great deal and watching videos like yours is balm for the soul! I find having a shower helps, I imagine positive energy coming down from the shower head and all the negative energy being washed away down the drain, then I imagine myself inside a pink bubble of energy where negative energy bounces off. I've also put selenite over my doorways and have a tower of it on my desk along with a chunk of black tourmaline. I struggle with crowded places too and if I went to Meadowhall I needed a week to recover after! Sending lots of love and positive vibes. xxx
I just subscribed. Almost immediately after this video came up for me. I did it because your authenticity and honesty is refreshing and apparent from the start. I’m excited for the next one. Take care of you.
Mabon, Samhain and Yule are my favourite. I currently am having to redesign an altar space. I rescued a little French Bulldog last week and my hearth was my altar but he's only 2 and still a little bit puppy and very curious lol. I'm redesigning my space to suit him lol. Blessed be xx
Mabon is one of my favorite turns of the wheel….there is something so comforting that draws be into it’s energy. Like being wrapped up in a blanket held by mothers open arms. Btw your altar is wonderful!
Hi Allison and thank you so much for your delightful channel.I am a 70 year old practicing solo witch so you speak to my heart. I made your soup and my husband who views veg as something I am trying to poison him with loved it as much as I did. I ordered the witchy cloak pin from you and it arrived yesterday and the energy oh my it will be going on my coat as a lapel Pinson thank you so much.
@@CherieAdams-y7z oh that’s made me so happy! I’m so glad you and your husband enjoyed your soup. And I’m especially happy that you love your cloak pin - I’m always so anxious when I post one of my items overseas so thank you so much for letting me know it reached you safely! Sending you so much love xx
Hello Alison! From one Empath to another ..... First can I say a huge thank you for your videos and your honesty in this issue - well done - I have tried anything and everything and nothing "stops it getting in" if you know what I mean, however what I have learnt as I have become more and more sensitive is that it is a "management" thing rather than a "stop it happening" thing. This is what spirit said to guide you : only read so many comments at a time and then deal with those comments - before reading any comments spray your space and your energy field with a salt spray - then comment - then re spray the area again. in terms of building up your "resistance" earth yourself - it is not the same as grounding - again before and after any "interactions" - salt showers - get some sea salt and wrap it in some muslin or something similar and place it on your head in the shower and wash with it - a quicker and nicer way than taking a dip in the ocean in the UK in September !!! but that would work if you have access. Recognise if you are more sensitive to some comments than others - it maybe that there is something that needs clearing with self and the comment it bringing the energy to the "surface" - and I am sure you know this one but maybe need a nudge - ask spirit what they would like to say rather than commenting from your human aspect, this way you are being the Chanel and your energy is not compromised as much if at all. From your spirit world team and guides we love you and are right here for you. xx🙏
The part you said about being an empath, I am one aswell! I definately understand and feel that, I can't be in a crowded space cause I keep channeling everyone elses emotions around me, I get a heavy headache, and my anxiety levels raises up with it, you can probably recognize that perhaps? I do not put any protection, but I do take some days off from meeting people, or going into town, focusing all of that energy on something else for the time being. Us empaths has it tough at times, and it is completely natural to take a step back, take care of yourself. 💜
I literally just posted on my community page about it! 😂 It’s beautiful - I found it very direct and I need that right now! I will definitely be spending more time with it as we head towards Samhain 🖤
I completely understand the overwhelming feeling of absorbing and releasing the feelings and thoughts of others. I find that separating my energy from the room and only allowing energies that are chaotic or despairing. I by no mean am not sympathetic but I do a knowledge the feelings as someone else’s. It helps me to ground myself and keep my own emotions controlled. I often envision a bubble of white light of protection and clarity around me.
I love your sense of gratitude and mindfulness even though you’re not feeling great. A lot of nice messages here, for all. Feels like sitting with a friend. 💚
Sending so much love. As an empath I completely feel you. One reason why I have not opened a channel on TH-cam as much as I want to. The energy it takes to create and message back. Working full time and back to school in my 40’s. I appreciate you and your videos. I love your makeup by the way. You always look very pretty. Happy Mabon, autumn equinox 🧡🍁✨🕯️
Oh, thank you so much for this and for understanding. It is certainly something that is challenging me in all kinds of ways but I must say that it is enriching my life too - I wouldn't be here if I wasn't getting something out of it. It is building my resilience and confidence and they were the things I needed to work on, along with setting effective boundaries. I'm really glad you are enjoying my channel - and thank you so much for your kind words about my makeup - I just throw it at my face and hope some of it sticks! Sending you warm Mabon wishes. Have a beautiful Autumn xx
This is my first time visiting your channel and I really liked what I saw so far. Thank you for being so thoughtful and generous with your content. I particularly liked your approach to your craft and how 'easy and approachable' it feels. Many blessings for this Autumn Equinox 🧡🍂🍁🧡🍃
Morning Alison, just watched your vid,Thank You so much for sharing your altar, and beautiful places. Soup is also one of my favorites, for the Autumn and Winter, my sister makes a beautiful tomato and red pepper soup. Sorry to hear your not feeling good, sending you lots of Love. Enjoy the Autumn Equinox, and the Full Moon Eclipse. xx
Thank you so much for sharing your recipes with us, I am going to give it a try.. I'll let ya know how it turns out.. Thank you also for the altar tour.. Looking forward to your next video..
I love your videos and they really have me. I am the same and feel everything deeply. Ive had to choose not to watch the news etc, and I keep myself to myself just try try and protect myself. Thankyou for being you, big hugs xx
May Mabon be as intentionally special to each of us uniquely that it unites us within the season. Full moon blessed be to one and all. Alison, you spoke of exactly how I've felt when I started my little snippets for my great grandson and my grandchildren my daughter it wasn't really something for the world but the world was here. I knew I need time when I feel as you speak of... my empath. It's within many of us. You are spot on. We care bigger than life and it is exhausting to feel all this on emotional. I'm still enjoying Other people who put their whole self into their channel and now are having to cope with privacy within their hometown and out into the world. It's scary. I'm in no way prepared or ready to have this happen. I commend those who have. Kudos Alison and cheers to noticing this within yourself. Taking time for yourself is a huge must have. It's a matter of time that you will only have time to respond to payed viewer's. Two things for when it happens congratulations and all my best to you and yours always. P.S I'm a soup gal myself. Looks yummy😊😮😋💛 🐝 Happy and big hugs.
Buenos Dias, Good Day, i enjoyed your video as always. l love this time of the year. on the 31 of October, i celebrate Samhain, then the 1 st saturday in November, we have a celebration of the Ancestors. I have celebrated this way for over 40 years, it is not hot, in September and October. in Tennessee we call it Indian summer. brings out my creative side. your Altar is sooo pretty. your doing great. forgive my writing, my fingers are a bit stiff today. Blessed Be.
Thank you Alison for this video and for your open honesty. I'm an empath and struggle too. I cook when I'm struggling I find it incredibly calming and healing. I always make lots of different soups. Last lot was lentil and tomato. Some days I feel the need to shut off from people and that's ok, it's what I need in the moment. I tend to cleanse and heal with Reiki. I've also channelled my own symbols for protection and I use whatever coloured light comes to mind, often in the form of a flame. Funny too you should mention a favourite pan, my favourite is my mother-in-laws pan so it's probably about eighty years old at least. She used it as her 'jeely pan' 🏴 (for making jam). Such a comfort it brings. Bless you Alison, follow your heart always. Sending love to you and George 🙌❤️🙌
Thank you for taking us on this lovely Journey. I know what you mean about the news. We definitely need to step away from the World. You are such a lovely positive person. I love Mabon it's a wonderful time of year.
Thank you Alison I really enjoyed your video, I feel your pain and so sorry to hear about your father I lost my mam on the 13th Aug and it has been hard my minds been all over the place but i'm feeling much better now, your video was really lovely and it's lovely to know i'm not alone xxx
Alison 💛🐝🫶 thank you so much for sharing your Mabon ✨ altar. I'm so glad we got to see the magical copper tree. I know I could feel its magic through the screen. I know I would be under that tree so fast and meditating till it got dark. I can see how it can bring you so much joy and comfort. I'm not a soup girl at all living in Florida where it's 90° all year round. But that soup recipe looked very good. I'm sure if I lived in a cooler climate I would enjoy soups a lot more. Again thank you for opening up and sharing your life with us I greatly appreciate it. 🙏💛🐝🫶
I don’t have the ingredients for this soup tonight, but you got me up and into the kitchen to make a tomato soup from the garden instead! Excited to try your recipe when I’m able to! I’ll have to look out for that relish at our imports shop!😊 Always love your videos! Thank you for the peaceful escape!
Ahh brilliant! I'm so glad you made yourself some lovely soup! Thank you for your lovely words - I'm so glad you're finding some peace through my channel xx
I imagine I am surrounded by a diamond of mirrors so that anything negative reflects off. Practically, I have salt baths and I carry black obsidian, black tourmaline and shungite in my bra or handbag. I also carry a spell bag designed for protection xx
Thank you so much for sharing. I love your altar. I posted mine in my channel last month. I've been so looking forward to the turn of the seasons. I hope you are feeling better. I understand your overwhelming feelings; I see you and hear you. Sending you lots of love.
what a beautiful tree, and castle is wonderful place to connect the past to the present...a magical place .I am so happy you have this beautiful place . Thank you for all you share with this magical family...Blessed Bee
Hi Alison! Really lovely video again thank you ❤❤❤ Your altar looks absolutely beautiful. I love this time of year the most, Lughnasadh, Mabon, Samhain and Yule, I cannot wait! I am a Libran so balance is a very important thing to me. Since I have reached my 50s I have really started to work on achieving balance more mindfully and purposefully. We don’t have any ‘normal’ tv at home just the internet. I don’t listen to the radio or watch anything to do with the news. I like to only think about lovely things. Call me ignorant but I am happy to be so for the sake of my mental health which I have struggled with for many years. Sending much love to you Alison take care of yourself xx ps please never answer my messages if you can’t or don’t want to. I am NEVER offended xx
Hi Alison! Loved your video. You have such a knack for composition. Your alter is perfect! I loved seeing your special tree. I wish we had old castles to visit in our country. You're very blessed. I am going to make your soup. I found Henderson's Relish on Amazon. Thanks for sharing your recipe. I can only imagine the weight of answering so many comments. You're such a thoughtful and sincere person and you worry so about saying the right thing. I don't think you're capable of ever saying the wrong thing! I wish you peace of mind. You're so wonderful. ❤
I can't believe you found Hendo's (as us locals call it!) on Amazon!! That's just made my day! I really hope you love it - experiment with it, it works so well on so many things! Thank you so much for your kind words xx
Fall is my favorite time of the year. I'm so happy I found your channel. I am really enjoying the content of the videos. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and ideas. I loved the ancestors tree so much, I just bought one for myself. Bright blessings, Sharon 🐈⬛
Oh that's so lovely, I am so glad you are enjoying my channel and that you managed to find a tree for your Ancestors! Thank you so much for being here x
I’ve just used this video to help me make your soup and omg it’s absolutely delicious! The Henderson’s relish was such an amazing touch as well. I made some bread yesterday, so I’ll be having homemade bread and homemade soup for dinner later! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and life with us, your videos keep me company as I work at home 💜
Well this has just made my day! I’m so glad you enjoyed making your soup and it will be perfect with your homemade bread! Henderson’s Relish is amazing - you will find yourself splashing it on everything. Thank you so much for being here ♥️
Hello 🙂 Thank you for the video. I'm looking forward to Mabon this year. I'm planing to eat Viking skause (vegan) and apple and blackberry crumble. I'm going to make some decorations out of cones, cinnamon and twigs. I also plan to go out and pick up some rubbish as an offering.
@@fifty-somethingwitch2406 The viking skause has ginger wine in. It fabulous. 🙂 I picked up rubbish out in the countryside last 2 days. It seems like an impossible task. The more I pick up; the more i see. I like your altar and your blade is neat.
Thank you Alison. This video is Lovely! I've really enjoyed watching you chat n make delicious soup and visit Balsover (?) castle and that beautiful Tree. I'm subscribing to your fabulous channel with a hope to learn much, much more. Thank you again. Love Mel in Devon, UK 🍰🌻
@@Galbereth hello Mel! It’s so lovely to have you here! I’m so glad you enjoyed my video. It was Bolsover Castle that I went to, it’s only about six miles from my house. It’s one of my favourite places. Thank you so much for watching! ♥️
Yay, I too am a huge fan of Kyle Gray, and I look forward to you showing us what the Mabon Oracle Cards. I love the idea of seasonal Oracle cards and could be swayed to buy the deck 😊
I’m so grateful for you and your videos. Thank you for taking time to create them for us even though you’re not feeling so great. I’m an empath as well. Your soup recipe looks delicious and comforting. Will have to try it some time. Thank you for sharing them with us. You’re such an amazing, magical, kind and generous friend and I appreciate the time you give us ♥️
I like your video. 😊I often have people tell me things. I'm a security guard working at a health clinic. Sometimes people just need for someone to hear them and have emaphacy . I recently called a handicap access bus for a friend who needs help. You need to realize we do what we can for others. And we did not harm them.❤ I enjoy cooking too and enjoyed your recipes. This is the first time with your chanel.😂blessed Be ❤
Thank you Alison for another lovely video and condolences on your bereavement. I totally understand you talking of being an empath. I am very sensitive too and find it exhausting. My go to place is a National Trust property near me in south Cheshire called Little Moreton Hall. I call it my second home. Infact my profile photo at the moment is of the back of the medieval hall. I have been going there for 35 years, and I’m so lucky to have it close by. It has a lovely yew tree in its grounds and is surrounded by a moat which is home to a variety of ducks. I was admiring your bed set with its pumpkins whilst listening to you! Thank you for showing us your soup recipe, I will give it ago. Like you, I love homemade soup, something which they serve in the tearoom at Little Moreton Hall but you have now inspired me to have ago myself. I haven’t made any for a long time. Your alter looks good. I haven’t got much room for one at the moment. The sunflowers are beautiful.🌻I love Autumn, the colour of the leaves and the cooler misty air. I have the last of the pears and apples to collect off my trees and to give thanks for as we then look forward towards Samhain. Mabon blessings Alison. 🍁🍂🍄🍄🟫🍎🍐🌾
I love that we have special places that always help to bring us round! Little Moreton Hall sounds beautiful with its ducks and Yew. My bedding was from Asda a couple of years ago! I think they have a similar one this year. I LOVE Asda bedding - it is so soft and cosy, washes brilliantly and is so cheap!! I hope you enjoy your soup when you make it. Thank you so much for your lovely words and I hope you have a very blessed Mabon xx
In the US the car boot would be equal to a cross between a flea market and a yard sale. I enjoy your posts just the way you are. Never look for a reply, just be you, sweet one!
Such a lovely altar, and so colourful ☺️ I understand what it feels like to have to keep grounded, and feel less overwhelmed. Sometimes I feel our boundaries are invaded too much, with media news etc etc, so stepping back is something my husband and I do. Walking in nature and the countryside is what we do, where we live in Lancashire, the scenery is stunning. Self care and doing things that bring joy and calm is a priority. Thank you for sharing your altar and your place that brings you peace is beautiful. Looking forward to Samhain 🎃🍂🍁
Thank you so much, I’m so glad you like my altar. I absolutely agree, getting out into nature is the best thing you can do for yourself when things get tough. I hope you have a beautiful Mabon. Much love to you xx
I am so, so glad you recognize when you need self-care AND you know to find grounding (and where). Empath here, and yes, it's overwhelming, even when it's by choice. Sending you confirmation that your vulnerability a gift and a challenge. I was a uni prof for many years, and every day I'd come home shattered. I figured out a balance of morning energy shielding and wearing tourmaline/amethyst/rose quartz. At the end of the day, I'd shower and then do an energy sweep with Black Kyanite (protection, energy clearing). Be well, always! x
I love watching your videos so much Alison. You’re such a lovely soul and I find your videos so calming. Not been here long but so glad I found you. Thankyou. Hope you’re feeling better 🧡 🍂 🌲 🍎 🍁
Thanks, Alison, for your video and all the kindness you share from your heart. I've enjoyed several of your videos over the past couple of months, and I am always pleased to receive notification of a new one of yours. Your altar is stunning! In a weird bit of synchronicity, after watching your video last night, it was time for me to pull an oracle card for the week's guidance and it was the Harmony card from the Goddess Love Oracle--the same image as on the card! It felt like the perfect resonance to your video. I am sorry to hear of the loss of your father. The paths of grief are so unique and complicated... I lost my mum in April (she experienced dementia for a few years, so it feels like I lost her a while ago) and ours was not the smoothest or most supportive of relationships for the majority of my life. I am still working with what the world feels like with her physical presence no longer in it. I wish for you comfort and peace. Hugs, Bonné
Oh I am so very sorry for your loss. The passing of your Mum is profound and shakes your very soul. I lost mine six years ago - she also had Alzheimer's so I understand the pain you've been through. Be gentle with yourself. I am sending you all my love and kindest thoughts xx
I have that deck. I absolutely LOVE it all my daily card pulls have been spot on and have really been getting me through a rough patch right now. I think you will enjoy them. Let me know if you do. I purchased the Samhain one, as well. But I will use that deck in October. 🎃❤🍁
Hi Alison. I have just found your channel. Im in my 60s and quite new to witchcraft. I have decorated my altar for Mabon with pine cones, leaves and berries. I also have orange crystals and my tarot and oracle cards. I also love that Autumn card. Your altar looks lovely abd that😂 tree is beautiful. I can say why you keep going back to it. I look forward to watching your other vlogs. Thank you.😊
Wonderful video and wise, wise words from you. If this ends up a long comment, apologies, you definitely do not need to reply to it Alison😊 Firstly, what an absolutely beautiful and powerful tree, i can see why you're so drawn to it's energy and history. As an empath its vital to wrap some protection around yourself, rest and switch off from everything. Mabon is important for me for balance, we have a full blood moon plus partial eclipse coming up, so a spot of moonbathing for me, wrapped up in a blanket in my garden, it's very grounding for me personally. I'm in the middle of moving my altar to the other side of my living room, so it's upside down at the moment!. The soup recipe is fabulous, and Hendersons relish is the business! It goes in my bolognaise, stews etc too. It's always a challenge to do our shadow work, but vital for our growth, self awareness and validation of our deeper feelings and emotions, tackling it lays our vulnerabilities bare. You are a warm, caring, compassionate spirit and share so much of yourself with all of us, so its vital to protect your own light too from taking on everyone's emotions. Blessed Be.❤xx
Kudos to you for starting your channel and sharing your thoughts. As an empath myself, I don't think I could manage the influx of comments. Bless you for trying to keep up and the efforts you've made to learn this new craft. Your videos are lovely, nicely produced, and you are doing a fine job! Your altar was so nice and I plan on giving your soup a try and I even found the relish on Amazon here in the U.S., so I'm looking forward to that! Finally, I was excited to see that GORGEOUS Copper Beech. I've never seen one before, but I recently finished listening to the audiobook by Maeve Binchy, "The Copper Beech." It was a great read/listen. I usually look up things like the beech tree, but I forgot to this time and it was a serendipitous delight to see it featured in your video. Hope the season brings you all kinds of comfort and have a blessed Mabon!
Thank you so much for your lovely words. I’m so glad you actually got to see my beautiful tree! In a few weeks I will go back and take some more pictures so you can see her beautiful Autumn cloak before she sheds it 🧡 I’m so happy that you’ve been able to find Hendo’s (as us locals call it) on Amazon! It just elevates the taste of everything - soups, curries, casseroles. I hope you enjoy making and eating your soup, and thank you so much for being here 🥰
❤ hi Alison do enjoyed this wonderful vlog celebration of Mabon i adore Autumn 🍂. Oh how amazing was the copper beech tree at the castle it was truly majestic ❤️ Also what you shared about being an empath and the feeling sometimes of tension between receiving great comments and having to reply i thought for what its worth you did this very well. Balanced! ❤ I am definitely going to enjoy making your delicious soup. Asxa brand new subscriber to your channel im so excited to have found you . Thank you gor shating your life and heart x
I'm going to make your lovely soup recipe when my friend arrives next week for a visit. Love the secret ingredient idea! I hope you're feeling ok and I completely understand that sense of overwhelm when things become a bit too much re lots of contact. If you ever considered opening a Patreon account (pretty much guaranteed to get rid of any unpleasant people too, bonus!) or even Substack then I would subscribe. The payments on those can be as low as the price of a coffee. From what other people I follow say it keeps it all a bit more contained and manageable.
Oh I really hope you enjoy making your soup! I've actually got some left from this batch in my freezer and today is definitely a day where I could really do with some! I'm doing OK, thank you so much. Thank you for the Patreon tip - that's so kind. I'm fine with TH-cam paying me but I'm not sure how I feel about 'charging' people for watching me doing something I love. It's all very new to me so in the fullness of time, who knows? Thank you so much for being here 🧡
Aww I love Bolsover too, it was like a second home to us when my kids were growing up , we spent lots of time there ! Sheffield born and bred here so I know Henderson well 🙂 Soup looks great and you ve inspired me to use the new hand mixer I’ve bought 😁 sending blessings 🧙✨
Hi Alison thank you for your lovely video and for sharing everything with us. I've booked a weekend coach trip to The Lake District and Pendle witches, I know it's going to be a very emotional experience, I hope I can keep it all together and wondered if anybody can offer advice , thank you so much, I'm very grateful xxx
You are always welcome x You will love your time in Pendle. Newchurch is particularly lovely, and you can visit Alice Nutter's statue at Roughlee. I took some flowers for her when we went. I'm sure you will be absolutely fine. Be proud of the footsteps you are walking in, we are carrying the torch for the generations of Witches to come x
First time visiting your channel. Lovely. I am an empath aswel. Working the night shifts is golden for me. But I work with psychiatric clients so I have to protect my energy. I often ask archangel Michael to put me in a protective buble. Mindfull showers help me as well. Didn’t watcht your whole video yet but you’re doing great ❤. Happy Mabon
Your videos are lovely, always spoken from the heart. Thank you for all the time you put into them. Yummy looking soup, maybe an apple might be an nice alternative to the honey. Is your lovely old pan aluminium? If so (i could be wrong) but i think you have to be careful not to cook anything acidic in it sorry if thats incorrect or you already know that. Looking forward to your next video and hope you are feeling better soon.
Your Mabon altar is lovely. My altar is currently in hiatus, I had to move furniture for painting. Thanks for showing us Bolsover Castle again. I was especially fascinated by the large tree, I Googled it so I could read more about it. Your Harvest Soup looks delicious, I may give it a try! As for being overwhelmed by the amount of contact and energy from others, I completely understand. I have had a similar issue since I was a child. Too much (and it doesn't take much) interaction and my energy is drained, my head swims, and I just want to hide....and I frequently do. I only go out once or twice a week, when I need groceries or have an errand to run. Most of the time I won't even go outside if the neighbors are out. People drain me, I often sense their emotions too, even just online. I have no coping strategy to recommend, mine is to hide, which I know isn't good. Just know you are not alone and I completely understand. Please never feel obliged to comment or respond to me, I won't be offended. ❤
It must be difficult to find the right balance and I hear you. ... Being an empath must be awkward regarding engaging with comment's .Many TH-camrs make a point of telling you they read everyone but haven't time to respond. ...and that's understandable, you need only respond to comment's that resonate. You must protect yourself !
I saw your Seasons of the Witch cards and instantly thought "Pocahontas"! They look lovely. I totally understand the overwhelm that comes with responding to people. I don't do TH-cam, but I do write a blog, and when people comment or contact me, I feel guilty that I can't always reply straight away. I have at times pretended that I've not seen things straight away too 😅 I would never, ever be offended by someone not replying to me, and i would hate to think im causing someone stress or pressuring them. Anyway, your altar is gorgeous! And the recipe looks great❤
Thank you so much for understanding. I didn't mention in my video but people had also been messaging me via my Etsy store (not to buy anything, just to chat) and they also found my private facebook page so I got hammered with message requests on there as well as on Instagram. While I am massively honoured that people want to make contact it has completely overwhelmed me emotionally. The learning curve is very steep. I'm taking it one day at a time. Thank you so much for your kind words xx
@@fifty-somethingwitch2406 😮 oh ok, that's a bit intrusive... I'm not sure I'd like that. It's a difficult one because like you said, it's lovely that people want to say hi, but at the same time it can be quite intense. I wonder if there's a spell for this lol 🤔 I hope it works out, but you shouldn't feel guilty about not replying to everyone! And definitely don't feel obligated to reply to me 😂
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I’m kind of where you’re at when you video’d. I was able to find Hendersons Relish on Amazon and I’m going to making your soup here in the US.
Hi Alison thanks for the great video. Sorry to hear you've not been yourself. I to am an empath and yes it is very draining. I was intending to visit Bolsover castle and I was wondering if the witch supply shop was still open in the village ? Ps the tree is beautiful thanks again Kaz xxxxxx
Recent video How To Increase Your Energetic Immunity on Susan Lynns YT channel has really helped me alchemize all the energies I meet while living my life and how to retrain my aura to function as an energetic digestion system. Video made for empaths. Keep what you need expelling the rest. Powerful mind shift has me excited to look for energetic nutrition from everyone and everything I come in contact with and expelling what doesn’t serve me. So you have Availability for others, but stay grounded in your own needs. May you be blessed. May you be happy, healthy and live with ease. Thank you for sharing your magical sacred place, your altar and most especially sharing your heart. Sending you the most benevolent energy from my heart to yours 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Grounding is so important when going out in the world. I walk barefoot in the grass, if I cannot do that then I walk around my house in bare feet. I have hardwood floors. Breath work, imagining a white bubble of light from crown to toes, and asking Arch angels for protection is what I do. It is so difficult to be an empath as I also pick up my pets feelings and fears. (1 male and 1 female orange/ginger cats and a 16 year old male dog) I must ground and prepare or I will have anxiety.
I must say it is a particularly yummy batch! I had some for my tea and then I had to stuff the rest in the freezer to stop me scoffing it all in one go! xx
i have always been a empath, i wear lapis lazueli, all the time. i shut myself from many people, i have learned to feel the positive and block the negative. work with your charkas, strengthen your pineal gland. every once in awhile i throw a bath of Okra and white wine making it as slimmy as it can get. put a purple candle to the goddess. why, okra is very slimmy in wine, thus it will not let anyones negativity stick to you. wait a few, then shower regular.
Sending lots of love and positive vibes. xxx
I completely understand about Meadowhall - it's the stuff of nightmares. So soulless and filled with desperation!
Thank you xx
I just subscribed. Almost immediately after this video came up for me. I did it because your authenticity and honesty is refreshing and apparent from the start. I’m excited for the next one. Take care of you.
This is so lovely, thank you so much. I really hope that you enjoy being here xx
My goodness! This is the first time I've watched your videos. You are so beautiful. Thank you for manifesting such goodness in this world.
Oh bless you, what a lovely thing to say. Thank you so much for being here xx
Oh bless him!! Welcome to your new little friend! xx
Mabon is one of my favorite turns of the wheel….there is something so comforting that draws be into it’s energy. Like being wrapped up in a blanket held by mothers open arms. Btw your altar is wonderful!
What a beautiful description of Mabon! xxx
14:53 such a magnificent tree! I adore old trees, there's a special beauty in them. Thank you for sharing your altar and this lovely video ❤
Oh she's a beauty alright. Thank you so much xx
From your spirit world team and guides we love you and are right here for you. xx🙏
I really appreciate this loving and kind advice - thank you so much x
My daughter has those cards. She collects them all. Stunning! Each one a work of art.
I can't wait to open them! xx
I absolutely recognise those things! And I understand about needing to retreat from time to time. Look after yourself too x
You will LOVE the Mabon deck! It is the one that resonates with me the most, I even use it all through the Samhain season 😄🧡🍁✨
I literally just posted on my community page about it! 😂
It’s beautiful - I found it very direct and I need that right now!
This is really, really helpful - thank you so much x
@@fifty-somethingwitch2406 you are very welcome dear

Sending so much love. As an empath I completely feel you. One reason why I have not opened a channel on TH-cam as much as I want to. The energy it takes to create and message back. Working full time and back to school in my 40’s.
I appreciate you and your videos. I love your makeup by the way. You always look very pretty.
Happy Mabon, autumn equinox
🧡🍁✨🕯️

Looks yummy😊😮😋💛
🐝 Happy and big hugs.
Thank you so much for your wise words and kindness. Mabon blessings to you and your loved ones xx
I love all the holy days. I think Lammas and Imbolc are my favorites, but each has its own feeling and beauty.
Buenos Dias, Good Day, i enjoyed your video as always. l love this time of the year. on the 31 of October, i celebrate Samhain, then the 1 st saturday in November, we have a celebration of the Ancestors. Hello from Arizona, USA. Love your channel. Watching your calming, peaceful vids have become part of my self-care.
You have just made my day. Thank you for your lovely words. I hope you are doing OK xx
I love how we both have pans that mean so much to us! Thank you for your kind words and I will tell George you sent him love too xxx

Thank you Alison for a lovely video. Xx
Be well, always! x
Ooh these are brilliant tips - thank you! xx
Lovely vlog. I love the altar cloth. Crushed velvet just looks sooo luxurious!

Thank you.😊
Hello Lizzie, thank you so much for your kind words. It's lovely to have you here xx
Thank you so much for your kind words. I hope you enjoy your Moonbathing and have a blessed Mabon too and PS - Hendo's is the BOMB!!! xxx
In a few weeks I will go back and take some more pictures so you can see her beautiful Autumn cloak before she sheds it 🧡
I’m so happy that you’ve been able to find Hendo’s (as us locals call it) on Amazon! It just elevates the taste of everything - soups, curries, casseroles. I hope you enjoy making and eating your soup, and thank you so much for being here 🥰
❤ hi Alison do enjoyed this wonderful vlog celebration of Mabon i adore Autumn 🍂. Oh how amazing was the copper beech tree at the castle it was truly majestic ❤️

Thank you so much for being here

Yes I think the apple might work nicely! Thank you so much for your kind words xx

It seems like a lot of us are in the same position. It can be absolutely overwhelming and exhausting. Look after yourself sweetie xx
I really appreciate your words. Thank you for understanding x
Ooh yes Hendersons reminds me of home 🏡 can't buy it up here 🏴
I saw your Seasons of the Witch cards and instantly thought "Pocahontas"!
I am honestly chuffed to bits that you found Hendo's (as us locals call it) online! I hope you enjoy your soup when you make it! xx
❤😊❤😊❤😊🎉
Hi Alison thanks for the great video. Sorry to hear you've not been yourself. I to am an empath and yes it is very draining. I was intending to visit Bolsover castle and I was wondering if the witch supply shop was still open in the village ? Ps the tree is beautiful thanks again Kaz xxxxxx
Hi Karen, thank you so much. If you mean the Scented Witch, I'm afraid it's closed down. I hope you enjoy the castle though, it's beautiful xx
Ah that's a shame. Thanks for replying I appreciate the energy. ;-) xxxxx
Alison I'm An Empath Too 🤗 Since I Was Very Little So I Understand Sending Hugzzz 🤗 & L🫶VE From The USA ❤️🤍💙🇺🇸 FLORIDA 🌴 💕🩵💕🩵💕🩵💕🙏
Thank you sweetheart ♥️
Sending you the most benevolent energy from my heart to yours
🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
This is really helpful - thank you so much for your kind words xx
Lovely video 😀 Can I ask where your white blouse from that you wear in the beginning? Thanks
Ahh thank you! My blouse was from Tesco a couple of years ago xx
It seems like there are lots of us who feel the same way. I think it's a product of the times we live in I'm afraid. Look after yourself xx
Hi Allison. Sorry my internet crashed last night so made another comment this morning.
Lovely video as always. I could eat you soup right now..
the whole lot.!!!
Youre going to have to make yourself another pot😂

Quite a few people have mentioned Lapiz - I am going to find myself a nice piece! Thank you so much xx
Good to hear that altar is optional 🙂 I am always nervous when I don't have one for the sacred day. Thank you for the video!
You're very welcome! Your Craft is your own. Remember that xxx

being a empath is so hard...so I tend to distance myself from some people.. places and the news is a NO.. for me...take care
It's definitely a good strategy. Look after yourself xx
