Tips if your done using the application make sure to optimize the phone or terminate app and don't let the application run in the background since it will consumed the battery capacity
with wifi connectivity you will get same backup as he shows, with cellular data backup will decrease by about 2 to 3 hours
i bought my redmi note 9 pro 3 days back nd its battery is draining damn fast..

You do not need to turn on Battery Saver, But if your phone is Very low on battery you should consider turning it on. But it’s recommended for even longer battery life .

Well is it for normal usage? If is for normal usage I think 1% would be enough for 20+ minutes
And I suggest u dont charge while ur battery low than 30% it reduce the life of battery

Hi I know I'm late, but to let you know that's Also my problem this Past week, my advice is turn on battery saver and also uninstall apps/games that you don't use much, and after playing games clear the tab so it won't keep running and drained The battery fast.. off your wifi if you don't need it..
