Hi! Thanks for the video! I just got my DGX-670 today and it's great but one thing worries me a bit: do you know if it's normal for almost every B key to have a scratching sound, like there is a bit of friction when it's being depressed (can be heard at 30% volume)? Is yours having the same behavior? Thanks!
Hello! Thanks for watching! I don’t think it’s normal for the B key to have a scratchy sound unless your playing higher up on the piano with full volume or using certain instruments. I would try resetting the piano because it sounds like it’s just one key that’s messing up. If that doesn’t fix it you may have a problem with your speakers. Here’s a link on how to reset the piano: th-cam.com/video/F4fNr1sI2Ds/w-d-xo.html I hope this helps, good luck!
@@remx012 gotcha, is there anything in the gaps on the left or right side of the B key? Is the key itself rubbing up against another key? I’m not quite sure how to help.
Thank you! ❤ your last instructions were exactly what I was looking for. Lots of thanks. 🎉
Glad I could help!

@@Aidanbolling8781 Thanks for the quick reply. Actually the sound comes from the mechanical part of the key, it's not coming from the speakers...

@@remx012 try folding a piece of paper and slotting it like a credit card in between keys to try and get dirt that might have gotten stuck out.
@@Aidanbolling8781 it seems the gap is clear and is not rubbing against others: th-cam.com/video/dRiOSdntWp0/w-d-xo.html
Thanks
good tuitorials, but could be a lot more direct, and organised. they seem to go backwards and forwards and back again. needs to be planned first.
thank you so much
