David you had bunuelos on your trip to Nicaragua. You ate a whole bunch. You didnt recognize it because they make em flat in Nicaragua. That was more ball like. The flatness makes them super crunchy outside and soft in the inside. Love your Vids nice Viking look bro.!!
The restaurant with the blue/yellow colors...very attractive for customers and food on bag ...very convenient for on the go people also all the Nicaraguan foods looks good....would love to try especially the Gallo Pinto yucca...red beans and yucca......very healthy foods there....taking a notf the places so I can visit someday. Thanks as always David. be safe Peace.

Hola David. Great food and delicious looking too. No tongue for me (I don't eat meat now). Isn't it amazing to see the influence of food no matter what country it's from. You can always find something familiar and similar. Good food hunting. How about those sucky bags. I remember you having them in Trinidad too. Keep up the good work and looking forward to your next video. Muchas gracias y mucho amor 🙏🏻❤️
HEY DAVID , WHEN YOU GOING BACK TO EL SALVADOR , IS A TOTAL DIFFERENT COUNTRY NOW , I REMEMBER LAST TIME YOU WENT WE WERE IN A BAD WAR, YOU NEED TO GO BACK .

Nicaragua does have chile but is usually the homemade style in a jar full of vinegar with spices it’s called a chilero and very common in fritangas & households, the spiciness depends of who makes the chilero and the how much jalapeños & other ingredients they use. At my house you’re always gonna find a chilero in the middle if the table
My dream is to open a Nica restaurant here in Silicon Valley Ca.

That NICA SOUNDS MORE CUBAN THAN ME😮😮😮
Nuestro acento nica es más similar al venezolano Pero en la parte del caribe de Nicaragua el acento es más parecido a los países del caribe

Not a big fan of this type of food, not any spice like Mexican, Indian, Chinese food etc.
