Screw you. You don’t know how refreshing it is to see a modern day rock ‘n’ roll band. Especially one that brings justice to a classic. If you think this is disturbing, you weren’t a fan of any rock ‘n’ roll originally anyway. I’m going to bet you’re extremely young and this “rock ‘n’ roll” thing is new to you. Thank God for Joyous Wolf!
Went to the Deep Purple concert on October 10th at the Tower Theater in Upper Darby, Pa.(Philly). As I was buying my ticket at the box office I saw Robert(drums) and Nick(vocals) crossing the street towards me. I told them I had seen them on TH-cam and liked them and their music and would they play "Mississippi Queen" that night. Nick answered me "okay" and sure enough that night they played MQ. They rocked and the entire show rocked(DP included). After the show I got their autographs and they're nice guys. Good luck Joyous Wolf. Cheers!
Seen Joyous Wolf in Boston on October 5, 2019 on my 58th Birthay! Great Rock N' Roll Band that put on a Fantastic Show, my Birthday was even more memorable, one I'll always remember and tell my friends how great of a band Joyous Wolf is! 🎶🥁🎤🎼🎸🎤🥁🎶🎸🎼🎤
Saw these boys at a stone sour concert and they fucken killed it. From the chest rumbling bass, badass cowbell, kickass guitar, groovy soulful vocals, and crazy fucking flips im completely stumped on why this band isnt as big ad they should be. I fucking love these guys and i hope to see them again soon.
The first time I watched the vid I play ed It 6 times and sent to all my rockin friends..they're like 👌👈 yeah...frickin awesome 🎸🇬🇧🤘..just need a CD album I can play in the car..be safe..drive drunk😅
You aren’t wrong IF you mean the studio version …. which was somewhat tamer than live versions where Mountain “amped it up”. Good catch … I’d say this splits the difference.
*Sees video* ah boy, here comes a shitty cover of a great song... *watches the lead singer do a flip and then proceed to kill the vocals* I think I love this band now, best band of 2019. This seriously blew my expectations out of the water! Great job, you've obtained a new fan.
OMG THESE GUYS ARE FANTASTIC!!! Everyone is SO talented!! And the lead singer A: has a GREAT jacket, and B: sounds just like John Fogerty!!! THESE ARE SOME DUDES I WOULD DROP MONEY TO SEE IN CONCERT!!!
Saw these guys a few years back open for Buckcherry and in my opinion, stole the damn show. They sound JUST like this live and stage presence is incredible. I would definitely go see them again.
All of his energy is natural, seeing this band live is a spiritual experience! What the camera doesn’t capture is the physical energy when your in the room, or the essence, but it’s there. You only get a taste of it here..
I've listened to quite a few covers of this song including the one done by the foo fighters. This is the best of them all, hands down! I won't lie, at first I was like, what is this lead singer doin' man?? As soon as he started singing though... if you can sing like that you can do whatever you want. I love it!!
Cant. stop. watching...... love the dancing, the music, the grit....the energy....this is soooo great!! Think I need to get me some tickets for the Boston show!!!
Ever heard something so good you had to turn it all the way up and relisten a couple times just to get the feeling all over again? This is that cover. Nick is that voice.
There's so much soulful vibe dripping off of this that I just don't know what to do with myself. LOVE IT! Joyous Wolf is amazing - I'm completely a fan of this band and their lead singer, Nick Reese. Stellar in every way.
Now THAT is a front man, not only can he belt out the song with amazing talent, but you're just like WTF is he going to do next!! Solid M, effing cover guys, thanks!

I was just listening to whatever popped up on TH-cam. Just background music you know. I just happened to look up to see what was up next. This gem started and I omg not another cover of a classic. So I grabbed the remote. Just I was going to go to the next song, and it started and OMG, I thought, I need to listen, the intro caught my ear, the moves kept my interest and the voice made me put the remote control down. 5⭐️'s to #JoyousWolf for their incredible version of this classic hit. Love the way they made it their own. I will definitely be looking for music by this Awesome group. Can't wait to hear more from Joyous Wolf. Where words fail music speaks. And music can save the world. #BryanTx #Keos891fm #IronHorseCafè

Saw that they are opening for Deep Purple when they come to Seattle. I love Mississippi Queen by Mountain and these guys do it justice. I usually don't care for covers but this one is decent.

I grew up listening to great rock with my dad. Use to jam to his 8 track of mountain. My dad was a excellent guitarist till the day he died. He could have gone all the way with his playing but hated the music world's politics. He just loved playing anytime rock and old country. If he was still was alive he would have loved these guys. So dad wherever you may be I hope you are jamming to these guys. They are fucking amazing.
HOLY SHITE!!! This 60year old is taken aback! O. M. G. NAILED!! You guys...EVERY TUNE, EVERY DAY, ALL DAY LONG! So much brilliance! Hell yessss. D/L’d your art...waiting for more 🔥🔥🔥💯💯🙌🏽

Saw Joyous Wolf in Denver about 4 years ago at a little dive bar called Herman's Hideaway. They blew me away and I knew right then and there they would break out.

Outstanding....
@@Rillytallcans1004 It would be nice if you at least could explain how you did come to that conclusion.
@@mentealienari7293 it would be nice if you at least gave your opinion of the video? Was it disturbing to you?
If the singer does that live, put me down as impressed.
That shit gave me the chills. Wasn’t expecting such a kickass vocalist

I'm so sad Nick left the band 😢 He was so damn good
