How I made the Hermes Birkin Bag Cake! Highlights

A quick view of some of the highlights of making the Hermes Birkin Bag Cake.
We baked 3 Pans on 16"X14" Cookies n Cream cake, cut them in equal halves, stacked them with buttercream before carving out the cake.
In all it was quite challenging to make being the 1st time and we has just a few hours to put it all together so I am happy it turned out really nice.
