Failure to do so may result in processing delays or rescheduling of the appointment. It is also recommended that children within this age range not receive immunizations within 4 weeks prior to the medical exam.

Did you take your husbands last name? or did you have your maiden name when you applied for your green card? If you took you husbands name did you have a harder time verifying identity? Only asking because i had a lawyer tell me it might cause confusion. Not really sure if im just over thinking everything now.
