Love your style Zanna! Do you try to be vegan when buying clothes? I've been having a hard time for years shopping for winter apparel that doesn't use any leather and wool.
Compound moves will give you the biggest bang for your buck! Squats, deadlifts, hipthrusts, chest press, shoulder press etc.. have a google. In terms of burning fat, nutrition is the most important with an overall calorie deficit. Focus on protein, fibre and good fats to keep you fuller for longer and support strength training. Remember, you can never outtrain a bad diet.
@@Lolathebluesmartie a bad diet, not brain. You can workout 7 days a week but if you’re feeding yourself junk, you won’t see any progress. On the other hand, if you eat very well for 7 days a week in a deficit and can’t workout, you’ll still see progress as you’re giving your body the correct nutrients to thrive.
