Hey Abbey! Thank you for your video! I was previously an EA at a company and wanted to start my own business as outsourcing as one since I have the required experience. Thank you for sharing this video as it is giving me the courage to continue through. I will add that depending on the type of project management one does it can become two jobs EA and PM. Out of my own experience it is important that people truly define exactly what they are doing in terms of PM work so they don't get burnt out.
