I watched Elite but didn't watch season 4 when I found out the old characters were not gonna appear. They were so wild, the shit they got into crazy, but the show was so addictive 😂

It is not that haein always had this master plan to go with eunsung…. She saw an opportunity to follow him home, get inside and find some clues (they had been tryna figure out how they’ll get in some scenes prior). That’s why she then briefly mentioned it to hyunwoo and left. that’s also why he wasn’t upset and know exactly where and how to pick her up later
I never understood the thinking of people that hated the mom that much. It's almost like vengeful. The mom herself has her own trauma. Maybe, because I also once saw a drama but on the mother perspective so I could appreciate the subtle emotion of the mother
If you look at Hae In mother behavior, she wanted to keep her at a distance, yet at the same time also feel jealous.
If you watch back during the time when Hae In mother saw her daughter being doted upon by her mother in law, her expression were more like she is jealous that she could not do that kind of thing for her.
There is this tsundere side of her. At the same time, there is this complicated feeling about her daughters.
She knows it is wrong to blame her daughter, yet she could not stop it. Because she lost her son.
What many people seems to forget, is that the mother also has her pain. And that is the pain of losing her children
And that kind of pain.....scars and changes you.
She wanted to love her but feel guilty for loving her. Korean drama is good at giving depth to characters. It is not clear cut evil.
Hence when I saw the reaction of people hating the mother that much, I was shocked. The mother character to me is a very complicated person.
Keeping her daughter at arms lengths, yet still love her as evidenced by her shocks and guilt when she found out about Hae In illness.
And people forget that the mother must have aloes love her other children that died as much.
And coping for that death, she blames her daughter. Was it right? No. But that is probably the only things that might have dull the pain
And the writer and the director shows that in the subtle expression of the mother character when she interact with Hae In.
I also think they did it because that's what newlyweds do.
As a stubborn lady who has a mom like Hae-in’s, I think the moment he found out about the memory loss he knew he was going to tell her but would wait until they got to Germany to increase the chances of her living while knowing the truth. 🥹🩷 Where love triangle guy would have never told her, Hyun woo is honest but knows her nature/nurture well enough to not tell her too soon.🩷
Haeina went with the 2nd male lead because she wanted to see her GRANDPA. It's got nothing to do with 1st male lead.
It was very convenient that she suddenly felt so much appreciation for her grandfather. She didn't strike me as the kind of granddaughter who would risk everything just to see her grandfather.
I m quite disappointed after ep 13...
Beak Hyun revealing the haein she will lose her memory just b4 entering the doctor chamber is so out of character.
Like I want her to find out but not him to tell her becoz it is not something he would do.
The writing gets even more sloppy in ep 14... This show could have been so much better but I guess we are going through the same predictable unrealistic over dramatic stuff.
Wdym it’s not something he would do?? He’s her husband and he has the duty to be honest with her. Him hiding the fact that she would lose her memory would make him an asshole. Moreover, this is a drama it is supposed to be dramatic. Do you really think people would want to watch realistic and mundane tv shows?
Timing to tell her was terrible I thought he should have told her RIGHT AWAY while she was all hopeful

Is not out of character. He knows this is something she needs to know, but with her personality they had to wait until they were in Germany or else she wouldn't have traveled there. They didn't have time to waste.
I gs I could not explain myself well ... The show has done a very detailed job of establishing who each character is ... Haein is a more realistic logical mindset so she would say things as they r regardless of the outcome... Like she bluntly said baek hyunwoo she was dying n kept saying it how she would be gone ...n baek hyunwoo on the other hand is someone who will tell white lie if it is for a greater good in this case saving his wife...n that's the main personality why he could not tell haein he wanted a divorce n also after her telling him she was dying he had to walk on eggshells to not let her find out he was divorcing her becoz she was dying... N as per being dramatic... Yes it's a drama that has been following very very realistic plot lines that actually happened n happens in the real world n so I expect it to be as intelligent of a script it is but they break that to become a soap opera in ep 14... So I have a problem. It's like it was a pop song n suddenly it's punk rock. Both are good but can't just change the genre midway.
@@taniyadutta8 "she would say things as they r regardless of the outcome" The same Hae-in who lied to the rest of her family about her illness. She also tells lies when it's convenient for her, and she should, she doesn't get to have as much power as she does without having that kind of mentality.
