I've been sewing, knitting, painting and bead working since I was a child. At the ripe old age of sixty, I'm learning how to make jewelry from polymer clay. My granddaughter loves succulents so your video caught my attention. I appreciate your style! You have a new subscriber!
thank u for saying that everyone should always find their way of sculpting instead of copying your design. couldnt be more true. beautiful work, thanks for showing your way of making these plants 👏🏼
I only recently discovered I enjoy playing with clay, and apparently have some talent for making flowers at least. So I've been absolutely absorbing all the turorials I can, learning how to make different things. And you have some of the best, hands down. The lighting is good - I can see what you're doing. The magnification is spot on - I can see detail without being too close. And the idea with the tea light holder was amazing. Thank you for this and the other tutorials.
I loved the Howarthia, particularly the way you introduced the white markings. Your videos will help me fight off my illness faster, so that l can try my hand at sculpting.
I love that you use simple techniques and no existing (and expensive) molds for your projects. I'd like to adapt some of the ideas - like the stacking for striations - for cake decorating. Thank you!
I love your videos, every time I feel uninspired all I have to do is watch one of your videos and I feel inspired again. Thank you so much for sharing!
О боже, какие красивые!!!! Это шедевр!! I am sorry, i can't describe this beauty.many people may seem that it is easy, but to do that, you have to spend a lot of time.)))))))))
you are so talented! I am loving watching you make these, the green and white aloe looking one is fantastic :) ( all of them are, that's just so realistic looking, I'm so glad I found your Channel)
Thank. You for yet another gorgeous work of art. You made it look subtly simple but the finished sculptures fool the onlooker into thinking something complex had tajen place to create it lol. Thank u for your inspiration and for sharing your tips and strategies in creating such beautiful projects
I wanted to see you make the greenish purple one! Super pretty! My fave was the Aloe Vera?!?! Or the spiky one! Loved this. I'm thinking of making them a pendant. Thanks for the idea
I agree. It looks like she did a skinner blend and rolled it. Cut into slices and shaped each leaf. I've seen her use acrylic paint on the edges, check out her "Pig Rose". She probably painted the very tips of each leaf.
oh you are just brilliant with the cookie cutter from the tea light base metal. I have been TRYING to figure out a cheap and simple flexible metal laying around and then VIOLA! there it is. made my day!
So clever!! Thank you so much for sharing the tea light trick what a brilliant way to up cycle them ❤️ I imagine those disposable foil baking pans would probably work too 😁
You can. Give it a go. Practice will make you better and better. Art is about having fun with it so if it does not come out looking quite right you can always say it is from an alien world and nobody will know any different but you :)
Amazing video. Loved the idea for cutters. My only problem was that the tones in the background bothered me to the point that I could hardly watch it. Maybe because I am casting to my TV with a sound bar that may have amplified the sound. I finally ended up cutting off the sound and putting captions on and that worked pretty well. Loved the project and many thanks for sharing. You are incredibly talented.
great tip on how to make the cutters! thoroughly enjoyed this video. amazing work per usual... and i must say, you are beautiful. thanks for the upload!
I LOVE YOYR Video!!! I grow succulents and am definitely going to try this!!! Could you please make other varieties of succulents? That haworthia turned out ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!
Absolutely beautiful creations love love loved the white and green blended succulents ..... glad I found this video.. only one suggestion please don't use that background music it's super unsettling 😳
I'm not sure what tool you are referring to. I still pretty much use the same tools than this video here th-cam.com/video/oqph9A56p38/w-d-xo.html My favorites though were handmade and can't be found anymore.
My jaw literally dropped when you made the aloe vera leaves. I had no idea it was that easy to make those awesome striations!!
Right?!
Me too!
Finally! A tutorial that actually shows me how to make the plants instead of having to buy a bunch of fake ones and repot them.
haha :D
