- ok, so it may not have the scale or the ski lifts but the berms are huge and the jumps are awesome and from someone who’s been to whistler (twice) I think these trails are some of the best bike park style flow trails ive ever ridden! Tremendous fun, great progression to be had and a very session-able.
The addition of these new flow trails, the existing network of XC style loops and the awesome off piste tracks make Glentress the most complete modern trail centre in the UK.
Get you butts up there soon before the braking bumps appear.!

Another good watch :D I didnt realise the scale of these new jumps when i went, safe to say its exactly what the valley needed.
Thank you, nearly didn’t put this out as there’s been so many edits and we didn’t manage to ride all the new tracks . It’s definitely what the valley needed and hopefully will set the standard for all future flow trail builds. We need more jump trails that aren’t flat so we can learn to jump properly without having to crank into the jumps! 👍
Defo need to get up that way my wifes just breaking into mountain biking and i think shed be up for this i hope, great video guys
@@PmatWolf Glentress is the most complete trial centre in the UK. lots of variety and something for all ability levels. the new blue in the edit is tremendous fun for all levels and you can start at the bottom “taster” section first before pedalling up for a full lap, the traditional blue trail is also fantastic fun! Thank you for the appreciation!

Its bloody Brilliant isn’t its. You can literally satisfy anyone with the wealth of trails there now. Great steep off piste tech, great modern flow and some old school XC - awesome!
Thank you! Do you know if Adrenaline uplift covers the new trails? I am coming to Innerleithen soon and want to spend a couple of days at Glentress but not sure if I should buy uplift or not.
That’s a very good question. I’m honestly not 100% sure but I have seen the van go up that side of the valley possibly due to the lodges work at the old buzzards nest car park. I would guess it’s a yes but safest to check 👍
Not been back up for years, but for me GT is always the daddy - these trails look great, but sadly my MTB group has broken up and most aren't riding any more!!! Plus it's pissed down since July - which hasn't been exactly motivating!!
GT has just got a whole lot better. This does happen with riding groups, it’s happened to me, I’m very lucky to have a wife that’s always ready to go. Where are you from?
