This was the first african meal my family ate that I cooked and not the wife lol... however, my wife didn't even try it cuz my soup was more brown ( peanut buttery) than hers . She uses that dark red palm oil and mine didn't look like hers so she fussed me out about the ingredients . Wow right ?? Lol . But anyway, the kids and I enjoyed it . Thanks for the video . You steam the meet that is the excess water that is left that’s why the water is a bit oily aswell
