i guess im asking the wrong place but does anyone know a way to get back into an instagram account? I stupidly lost my login password. I love any help you can give me.
We’re mexican and love this recipe. I first made it about a year ago and it has become an absolute staple in our house. It’s always highly requested and it’s super easy to make enough to feed all 8 of us. Thanks so much for sharing!
I have made a new friend from mmy daughter school she started and she's from Ghana originally and she always tells me these amazing meals she cooks.. That's why I'm here I can't wait to try this!!
i followed this recipe and boy it turned out so well my cameroonian boyfriend loved it! he said i cooked it better than him. i am filipina btw and my family loved it too. 🥰
My friend and I love cooking together, but we never make the same thing twice. But this one, she have been wanting us to make it again, and again, and again. I just wanted to let you know how good it is 😋
Thank you for teaching us this recipe! I made it tonight but used ground chicken added spinach and green bell pepper. My sauce tasted a little off so I added a spoonful of honey for just a tiny bit of sweetness and half a cup of coconut milk.Thank you thank you!! Your recipes appeal to me because you get straight to the point, no excess chatter just pure demonstration and ingredients 💯🙏
I tried this out and it turned out really delicious and smell so good. I added brown mushrooms and mackerel fish to mine. The garlic, ginger and tomato actually makes a big difference in taste.
Oh, my goodness, Lola! I just finished making this and could not stop eating it. I just loved it. I also added spinach, like you, and thought it was perfect. If I'd had carrots on hand, or green beans, I'd have added those, too. I served it over half-portion of white rice and half-portion of millet. The contrasting colors were beautiful and I cannot wait until tomorrow so I can have more of this delicious meal. Thank you so much. It was really good.
This looks SO GOOD, but I’m worried about how spicy it’s going to be, with the habanero pepper, fresh ginger, and two infusions of pepper. I like spice, but I don’t want it to burn my mouth..sorry, I’m 65 and striking the right balance between flavor and heat is difficult sometimes. Anxious to try it, however! Thanks so much for teaching this recipe!
This has become a staple meal in our house. Thank you so much. We literally have this a couple times a month, especially in the Fall and Winter. Truly an excellent recipe.
I just tried this out for the first time using peanuts that I blended myself and my protein was beef and I used dried scent leaves and curry leaves in place of the bayleaves and spinach and oh my! It turned out splendid! Everyone at home loves it. Thanks for sharing your recipes with us. 🤗 😘
Making it tonight, my friend from west Africa made me this about a year ago but he made it in a crock pot. Thanks for the recipe looks great, and seems a lot simpler!
PLEASE MAKE THIS!! My god… this was soo good! You don’t need a blender if you’re okay with little chunks. I finely chopped the onions and used canned tomato sauce. It was the best meal I had in a while.
Ok so I just finished eating this. I also used Chef Lola pounded yam recipe with this one. The chicken stew was SO GOOD! I added carrots and kale to it! It was SO good. Chef Lola thank you!
Great and very straight forward recipe, I like that you fry the chicken first before adding into the sauce. Many of these groundnut soup recipes put the chicken raw directly in to the sauce wich gives the chicken a boring and bland texture. A great tip is to use palm oil when sauteing the onion and blended tomatoes😊 gives it that special flavor
I'm watching you cook yours whilst I eat mine (chicken thighs aswell) this is real soul food especially when your on your menses and need some wholesome comfort food Mama Africa we love you from 🇬🇧❤️🖤💛💚
I made this today, and girl let me tell you it was the booomb and it’s crazy I didn’t even have most of the of ingredients you used and it still came out sooo goood😍😍❤️❤️❤️

I made this dish using sunflower seed butter since I cannot eat peanuts. I served it to my African family and they could not tell the difference. Delicious!
