I borrowed it from a friend, and the model is not marked. It is an EZ Plucker made by CC ONLY, LLC. 1-818-813-8989. It is big enough to pluck a turkey. It worked better when we put two chickens in at once, rather than one at a time. I will try to post a slide show with some detail photos. Apparently the model number corresponds to how many rubber fingers there are.
I think the record for hand plucking is 2 seconds..lol ,but the scald has to be perfect..

how hot is the water ?
I personnaly heat it at 62°C, after about 50 secs, i can pluck the chicken with hands in 40 seconds. I'm a farmer in Africa
