Haseeb bhai mera ek question hai ke smps battery charger main mosfet ke source to ground jo resister lagti hai us ki value up down karne se output main kiya farak parta hai please is ko explain kar do ap ki mehrabani hogi

Sir, how to chek gate voltage in pcb( without igbt,,) chek ?? We chek multimeter to chek gate voltage , without use DSO. We make igbt tester devices for chek gate voltage in pcb. Please guide sir
