I have the 54-in with 37 horsepower Briggs and Stratton front suspension with tweels I have about 250 hours on it and I love it. The only problems have been it needed loctite on a lot of the bolts and if it's really wet it doesn't. discard is nice as a Ferris does
@@blake200423 Spartan has deck lift with your foot and front suspension which sold me plus dual tanks over wheels and key pad are nice. plus lots of small things that I have grown to like. price is also not bad. demo both of them and see how it works for you. good luck 👍
I haven't had a chance to really look over a sparten up close but was going to go by a dealer and check some out, I have run most brands over the years and have to say they look like a ok mower, I got spoiled with bad boy mowers and when I was commercial mowing, we had 2 that went 10 years and over 2500 hours each with no issues other then normal wear and tear and oil changes , I have had used scags and exmarks , hustler and other brands with good success and may try one out and see how it does, I had friend who had throttle issues with his and the deck adjustment kept changing when he would be on rough ground , so I plan on checking them out and they seem like a reasonably priced mower with good quality
Great mowers
