I got the XS Cafe done enough to take a rip on it, check it out! Super fun bike as is, needs a few things yet but super happy with the performance of this bike!

Always good to test it in the neighborhood for when the shifter falls off xD I've had carbs fall off on me lol
These are very loose, surprisingly didnt fall off!

Any of the new parts were from Amazon or Dennis Kirk. Lots of online resources for bikes.

Where'd you get the cafe seat and bars for it?
I got the seat off Amazon. The handlebars are the factory bars for the fz750 front end.
So are you keeping it or selling it?

What mufflers did you use?
It was an older aftermarket 2 into 1 with muffler. No idea what manufacturer. Makes good noises though!
So you buy a vintage Yamaha, strip off the fenders and mufflers and call it a "cafe build"??? Yeah...Ok
