To get the best out of a product you can follow this step while making a product and make sure the design is on iteration 4 and set the release date to 1 year 4 month and do a press release(text, picture, video) then on the development phase like 95% done do another press release and then in the bug phase do a press build and wait until the hype goes to 0% in that way you get massive followers who will buy yours product, other than that great episode keep the videos coming, cheers

I was wondering why you would hire an Accounting team when you still only have one product and just printing projects. You are smart in doing more marketing in trying to raise your business reputation and product awareness. I don't know how the game reacts or does things but you have to have your products more awareness to sell more. I am imagining AVG and Norton in those years. Perhaps go into a bigger market to either do applications on top of OS (word processing, spreadsheet, etc),, network apps and server services. Don't forget to jump on the internet bubble (cloud, and search engines), and handphone OS & apps. Maybe Games or online games.
