    Good video. That's a beast of a machine. They sure have a lot of crushing to do. Job security.

    This is another great video. Maybe Brynn should buy that site and set up part of his business there. I hope he keeps getting jobs in the area.

    You mention this having bricks in it, you took a closeup with the drone and you could see the bricks. That's pretty cool.

    Tim, you mentioned once that the nearest gravel site is 80 miles away. It looks like they have a huge investment there to crush the concrete.

    There was a similar grinder used to crush the concrete from the old Greenville Mall that was demolished several years ago.

    I fed the crusher in a gravel pit for a while, a lot of years ago. Love the video. Wouldn’t it be faster and cheaper to feed the plant with a front end loader?

    • @briangardiner1015

      Looks like they at least need one for stockpiling.

    • @timothygrell4398
      @timothygrell4398 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Depends on how close your demo pile is to your crusher. Normally an excavator is better for keeping big chunks from plugging up opening and in most cases they are faster cycle times to the hopper

    • @briangardiner1015
      @briangardiner1015 4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@timothygrell4398 In my opinion they should feed the crusher with the 750 and use the 320 to sort for it.

    • @timothygrell4398
      @timothygrell4398 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@briangardiner1015 looks like that would be to much of a machine for that crusher unit. You want to continuously feed the plant without stopping rotation of excavator. If it is stalled waiting to dump your losing money and the same way with the crusher you want to alway have material running thru plant

    Man we have 5 of these dam things where I work....there an absolute pain in the a$$....hammers flipped or replaced every week....belts RIP constantly...and the flashing on the belts always need repair...I changed a hydrolic hose 2 weeks ago that went through the hole machine!!!! It took all day to change....there had to have been 20 clamps holding it to the frame...wait till they put a solid piece of metal through it....you've never heard such a commotion!!!....and god forbid it starts getting electrical problems...good luck

    That certainly doesn't look very dusty. When our neighbors gravel pit is crushing it basically puts the sun out for a mile away. We can't even go outside when the wind is blowing our way. My father died from complications of silicosis from breathing in that fine-fine dust.

    I have used crushed concrete as granular fill under concrete slabs, under asphalt paving and backfilling of foundation walls on a lot of commercial construction projects. It compacts great, maybe better than crushed limestone because of the cement content.
