I think I don't appreciate enough having a garden...will have to improve on it by working, eating, working out, reading etc outside more often :D Thank you for a reminder!
I've been really enjoying baking during the lock down too. I find if I actually do it during my lunch break, it's a great way for my mind to just shut off from work and take a break from the computer for a while. And it's nice to have the lovely smells and nice things to snack on when I go back to do my last half of my shift!
Hi! I recommend silken tofu sprinkled with a little black salt as an egg replacement for the Shakshuka. I much prefer the smoother texure and it tastes quite eggy. Delish!
Everything about this video made me happy 😊 Delicious food, great coffee shots, your positive attitude and trying out new workouts. So positive and happy 😊
I’m just a few seconds in and I have to comment! In the morning I have black plan coffee but after lunch I have a second coffee with the fluffed milk and that is ALSO my highlight of the day. Loved that you said that!
That improvised cake...wow, it looked absolutely FANTASTIC! Honestly, I am salivating! Finally, Sending you loads and loads of love! Stay as positive and healthy and make the most of the lock down!
Zanna, I want to send you a wooden spoon and a mixing bowl! I’m southern and those are staples 😂 like a cast iron skillet. Also, that looked super yummy! I’m going to try to recreate your bake and sub something for the coconut (not my fave). Got a little teary at the end when y’all clapped for the NHS. The NHS were lovely to me when I studied in London years ago!
try mashed garlic + coriander seed , salt and pepper marinade your tempeh or tofu with it and then fry it i cook it that way all the time, hii from indonesia
Wow 6ft 2! I'm 6ft, Yay fellow tall gal! I love the Don't judge me's 😁know what you mean, little changes per day are good for our souls. I tried @HomeFestivalFun by Strictly dancers Oti & Karen & co and I tried some Cardioke, Ballet class/workout & Afrobeat dance 👍🏻really helped with endorphins to this tired (sometimes) single Momma! Will have a go at one of your workouts today ✌🏻
I am so happy to have stumbled across your channel :) you look stunning in pink! I also enjoy seeing you interact with your boyfriend, he seems so sweet! Plus, as a tall girl myself seeing a gorgeous tall queen being so confident with a smaller man is such a good inspiration.
This "milk fluffer" is honestly goals ;D I would definitely be making some hot chocolate with this! I've been loving all the blossoming trees, bushes and flowers! They honestly make every one of my days better ;D And I don't only say that because I have one in front of my window, but also because it makes my heart happier to see the nature wake up! The walks are just the best in the spring
Great video ! Thanks for the inspo of the cake, looks delicious :) how did you find Unorthodox ? I personally really loved that series, really touching :)
In Poland a lot of people have no choice but to try something new in terms of their fitness routine as...all the gyms are closed XD I am however, lucky enough to have lots of space and to be enjoying home workouts anyways :D Also, I can 100% relate to being a below-average dancer(participated in classes several months in total in the past and it did not help) and struggling with any workouts involving more than basic coordination ;P But they are fun anyways and you definitely did great!
How you can workout on empty stomach?! Lucky you!! Anyway I was thinking maybe you can bring with you gloves on your daily walks... I feel it's better to wear them if you take stuff from the ground with this virus around...
Lucy Bloom I can only workout on an empty stomach. The only time I tried eating something it didn’t go well and let’s say that my strength training session was very peculiar! I try to fast for 14-16 hours and feel that it gives me a lot of energy in the morning!
@@mariadocarmosarmento9487 I'm working out fasted when I do core/abs too! When I'm training legs I need something to keep me going but to be honest I have dinner very early so let's say when I wake up I have already done 14 hours fast!
@@ZannavanDijk I'm struggling with lunch ideas as i hate tahini and tofu and hummus etc. Evening meals are much easier. I'd never go back to meat or dairy though.

Wee message to say: thank you Zanna! I’m a wee bit stressed right now, and your vlogs are calming + help me feel brighter. Thank you! 🙏 xx

Very much enjoyed your unabashed desire to consume the batter. It’s the best bit about home baking.
Hahaha thank you!

Hey Zanna, I just found your channel. I see your name and wanted to ask if you have Dutch Kosovar roots? Greetings, Marielle
I have dutch roots!
How much coffee do you use to make a cup of coffee in your french press? I can never get the strength right!
I just eyeball it!
Try making a 'cowboy coffee' you get a better grip on the strength that way :)
I’d watch out for picking trash up without gloves because of coronavirus. Stay safe y’all! Love the content!
I use anti bac & then wash my hands 🥰🙌🏼
wish you had a bistro...would come daily for your luch bowls
Thank you!
Yay!!!
Anyone getting HSM vibes from the 'I don't dance' workouts haha xx
