I would looove a video about your running story. I also had to start running during iso simply because i wanted to maintain my endurance when playing lacrosse is allowed again. I always hated going for a run before that, but now just like you, I started enjoying it sooo much. The clarity in my head after a run is so amazing.
The coffee intro is always so soothing and calming for me :D This routine of your really makes me smile each time I sea it at the beginning of the video :D And I hope you enjoy it as much as I do enjoy watching it!

I had to start running in isolation too. In 10 weeks I have gone from not being able to run, to running 10k. I won’t do anymore then 10k I don’t think. I’m not bothered about my times currently, first it was just doing the distance without stopping and just getting around 😂 I am missing resistance training though and I’m looking forward to seeing how I can make the two compliment each other! I hope you’re proud of yourself, you smashed it ❤️

Yes please to run video! I did the nhs 5k and nearly died. After this tried to run but just hated it so much. but now I’m doing couch to 5k and starting to enjoy it a little BIT:)

I love the style, and they seem like they'd be very supportive - I have quite big boobs and tend to have to layer two at a time (ugh lol) but can't seem to find any decent supportive "HIGH IMPACT" bras! I 100% agree we should give ourselves a break from cooking from time to time! Also, it is even more important to support our favourite spots as they are struggling a lot at the moment financially! Pandemic is one thing, but people are loosing jobs and will not have money to survive so we've got to make sure restaurants don't go bankrupt! P.S. Who would say no to A beyond burger with crispy cauliflower?!

At first in quarantine I was running each day but now in US cities everyone has to wear a mask outside and I hate running with it. Lots of people do though!
