@@besttechgamer thats wrong. The company (Vanguard) has no owners per se because thats how John Bogle set the company up. The company is owned by its funds. Meaning the owners of the company are actually the people invested in the funds. The fund managers are also the managers of the company.
This helps to prevents conflicts of interesst because the owners of the fund own Vanguard and will always vote in the interesst of the fund owners. If you compare it with Blackrock, blackrock is owned by shareholders, althought you have to say that Blackrock is also owned in part by their blackrock funds (3rd biggest owner are blackrock funds) so yeah

Vanguard Group is owned by its various funds, which in turn are owned by the shareholders. The shareholders are its customers - those individuals and institutions who have invested in its funds.
Only those with at least 5% are to legally disclose their names. Top families can spread the wealth to other family members and have them invest with Vanguard in order to keep the money flowing at higher rates. So long as they remain below 5% they remain secret. It would be hard to guess which families are in Vanguard. Rockefeller, Rothschild, DuPont, Warburg, etc.

Exactly the company has controlling interest in opiant the creators of narcan while simultaneously having interest in all 3 manufactures of 87% of the world's opiates. They also hold massive amounts of the 3 company's responsible for 90% of the world's insulin supplies creating demand as they see fit with both drugs at the expense of human lives. I've only done some preliminary research and plan to do more. I began investigating who makes face masks for an article for my blog. I wanted to take a different route of investigation to the trendy sheep. The short of it is that they ALL own shares in each other. Vanguard and Blackrock own shares in almost all the manufacturers. We are talking the big names too. Blackrock owns shares in Vanguard and vice versa. At first, it looks okay, but they are literally all cross owned. This forms a very powerful alliance bigger than any one of these companies.
I just saw that Blackrock was called in by the government to sort out the 2008 mess. Ironic that a company that helped to create this recession was asked to come in to fix it. It became even richer while many went bankrupt.
They also both own the biggest stock percentage of private prisons in the US. So they can stick you in there if they think you're a nuisance.
Look into who invests in any product or company that might become more valuable because of say... a virus.

With that said, Vanguard owns a majority stake in BlackRock because BlackRock is listed on stock exchanges while Vanguard isn’t and so they control around half of BlackRock and have majority voting rights
@@VTC05 Well, Vanguard has autopiloted all decisions to the board recommendation. So all of that share ownership is as good as the board itself having that voting share. Shareholders might think their vote matters, but institutional investors have the majority ownership in most companies, and there are way too many choices to decide on every single little thing. So, easiest way to outsource it is to just let the board rec take priority. There are only very specific situations where they can't auto-vote, and those singular items are where shareholders can make an actual impact.

Vanguard owns Blackrock.. is there for the biggest company in the world. They own letterly EVERYTHING. Not just your phone, car or computer, also every part that makes up your device. Not just your supermarket but the products inside and the seeds that the farms use. Not just your car but, also the gasoline that runs it. Every single product you use is owned by Vanguard. Probably because they arent allowed to. So they talk about everything else to distract people from what's really going on in the world. I'd say Pfizer is up there with Black Rock as well. They can literally buy the whole world out I'm assuming. I wouldnt be surprised if they have contracts in place with certain countries to prevent them from talking about them. Pfizer I'm sure does. That's why the house prices are ridiculously high. They outbid potential home buyers so no one can own a home. This is the case where I live anyway. No affordable houses in place . Our former Prime Minister sold majority of state houses. Small country but at least 41,000 people are homeless in our country. Our current prime minister built lots of houses that up one can afford. You need at least a 40% deposit on a house that not many of our middle class people can afford. Youde have to have good contacts to be able to buy a house here in New Zealand.
