I don't remember where this one comes from-- it was several years ago on Amazon. Ergonomic, comfortable, and easy to clean are my best chair recommendations. A great chair can change your work life-- but still make sure to take breaks and stand often, too :) !!!

Plants on the desk is a wonderful prescription! However, I'm wondering what to do if your desk happens to not be by sunlight? Do you set up hydroponics or special lamps?
I wouldn't go that far unless it would be fun for you! I've always wanted a hydroponic garden, but maybe not on my desk. there are also low-light tolerant plants, though they all love getting moved into the light for a bit periodically (perhaps give them some sunshine over the weekends) There are lots of other ways to "see" growth. maybe you keep a vision board beside you desk or you have a small stack of books written by mentors that inspire you, or... the possibilities are endless!

I have some really good crystals that are removing energy blockages better than others. In not sure what they are their like selenite except their chalky. 😊
they may be different kinds of selenite?! the most important thing is that they feel great and do what you intend them to do, so this is excellent!
@@thetaoofdana the reason I don't know what they are is because I got them at the thrift store. i think they could have been used for feng shui there were 30 of them in a ziplock. I'm amazed at them, they feel like they have a very high vibration. 😊

Nope. But I understand these limiting beliefs are common. It doesn’t have to be that way. This desk where it is is total magic. I’ve worked with thousands of people over 18+ years who are wildly successful and there’s so much more possibility that you may realize. It’s well worth it to shed the limiting beliefs. xoxoxo!!!! ❤️

I have my own methodology and don’t adhere to dogmatic rules. I’ve seen too many wildly successful people, for example, have a desk facing a wall and so, over time you see that these presumed dogmatic rules create stress and confusion. This is about optimizing your life that’s unique rather than trying to force your life into a template :)
