Hi. I love cinnamon and use it to sprinkle over my breakfast and in apple/pear stews. However i would personally not sprinkle or use sticks in the house to avoid attracting ants and cockroaches. Anyway thanks for the suggestion. It's always great to hear different ideas. I'll keep your advice in mind. 🙏😃

In 2014 I used cinnamon and honey making a tea and it was very helpful I I drank that everyday for 2 weeks morning and night before I went to bed and this thing worked amazingly the tea itself was just amazing so I would recommend that to somebody who had some pain in the shoulder or arm or their body part cuz it really works and I also would put a pot of water on and I'd put cinnamon in the pot and some vanilla flavor and it would permeate through the house and it smelled so good so that's how I use the cinnamon and I also use it another drinks too that I mix up but it works!

It's so weird all day yesterday and this morning i have been having pain in my arm shoulder up to my neck and i made hot tea earlier with honey and cinnamon (i was craving it) i feel i was meant to see your comment for some reason. cinnamon and honey 🍯 has there's a list of ailments it helps but you have to be consistent to reap the benefit.
