- Today, I visited a company in Avonmouth Called T Quality, and met 2 members of staff who did not want me to take any photographs or video footage!
So protective of their companies, who would not think twice about getting rid of them at a moments notice.

Especially when they project a very bad impression of the company to potential customers. Bringing the company into disrepute can be very serious misconduct. If they have a HR department, they will be having a meeting.
Yes, they’re just numbers on a spreadsheet as far as their employers are concerned.

It's the same as saying: "If you drive past my house, I will phone the police..." These are the type people who phone the police for all kinds of bizarre reasons: Taxis, customer complaints, spiders in the bath, requests for business phone numbers and pets escaping (not a tiger).

The police are at fault. They need to charge bills for service. Our ambulance service began doing that because aboriginies would call them faking a heart attack then hop out at the nearest traffic lights to a bottle shop or McDonalds. So now they charge $350, which you can get rebated at Medicare but it's a stuff around, so you won't use them for giggles.
So they ring the police when an estate agent takes photos of a neighbour then? 🤣

A harmless photographer going about his lawful business is not a criminal . very disturbing to see staff act in this ignorant and hostile manner .

Yes and no. This guy is uploading on to TH-cam for financial rewards. Dash cams, tourist with mobile phone etc just for personal use. Soon has you work into a private or public building with CCTV, including supermarkets you automatically enter an agreement to accept the policy. Yes their footage can be obtained through public record request. But it can be expensive because anything that can be classed has Datta Protection,such has financial personal data must be edited out. Just in case it does get uploaded to social media. So yes and no. I agree with keeping an eye on civil servants,but wtf is this all about!!!!

@@wotzcheez Nah totally wrong. That is a free to use map,or it can be on a platform you pay for such service. TH-cam own terms of service state, if a video goes on their platform and the channel receive payment. ALL people on it are entitled to payment. If not,or in these cases they are not informed,that's a TH-cam privacy strike. If done correctly the whole video comes down. Sometimes the people just accept their faces blur out. But photo, video and voice is included.

Took till 2022 for T Quality to stripe lines and crossing for on site pedestrian safety. The industrial area was developed after construction of the M5 in the 1970s, farm land before that.

Yes, they own the airspace above their property. Up to 1,000 feet.
They have no greater rights to the use of it than the general public unless the flight interferes with the landowners ordinary use and enjoyment of land and the structures upon it.

The next time someone threatens to waste police time over a camera or drone, perhaps you should ask them to articulate what crime they think you are committing. Then you might suggest they quickly research UK law before making the call. I doubt they would heed the hint that you know what you're doing but it might cause them to pause and think about whether they need to be dialing the emergency number.
1. There was pedestrian access to the place are shown on the floor.
2.There was nothing saying no public access or restricted area .
They need to learn the law!.

If I worked for a company like that and I see a man filming, I wouldn’t care about the company. I’d just be there to get paid,go home. Job done. Rinse an repeat.
