Im surprised so many people thought that it would release so much later. I knew it would be early 2025 because of how the gameplay looked. And especially because they let the public play the demo at gamescom.
I got the premium deluxe preorder. I spent thousands of hours in World and I'm sure I will with Wilds. I met some of my best friends playing World. Capcom deserves my $110 and I'll buy a physical copy too.

So the white wraith monster Arkveld has the same skeleton or at least very similar as 4 monsters in frontier which are unique in that at the end/middle of their wings is a whip like appendage and there is also the part where they call it an extinct species which kinda reminds me of the origin species from frontier which are basically the monster that share more similarities to their ancestors which are more primal and are believed to be alive since ancient times Now stay with me because this is my schizo monster hunter theory coming in but i believe that arkveld could be the origin species of gore magala because of the way it looks and the purple dragon energy it has and there is also the point that on the release date picture where it shows arkveld the posing is identical to gore magala in monster hunter 4
WOW DUDE you have a really good pint there AAANNND there are features from 4U and similar to it, like the different villages, the ace lancer look on Fabius.
The whip wyverns from Frontier (Berukyurosu, Doragyurosu, Zenaserisu and Forokururu) use the true wyvern skeleton (bipedal), and their whips come out of the membrane fingers inside the wing. Arkveld, meanwhile, is a pseudo-wyvern (quadrupedal), and his whips emerge externally from the side of his hands. Also, a better comparison for thought-to-be-extinct monsters present in Frontier would be Zenith Bogabadorumu, which is literally the last individual from it's species.
There's actually an entire city ruins within the Scarlet Forest. The environmental interaction that drops on Dosha is a part of the ruins that is filled with water. Also i have a feeling Arkveld, The White Wraith, is connected to this old civilization. Time will tell though.
@@geraldthegoose1685 he's a cool looking monster, I'm suprised they announced this on sonys state of play. Especially when capcom are at Tokyo gane show in a day or so.
New trailer things I observed! The new flagship, Arkveld, the White Wraith, can be seen fighting both of the new regional apex monsters Rey Dau the railgun Wyvern and Uth Duna, big purple whale fish leviathan we saw in this trailer as well. Nata, the young boy, as well as seemingly every other person in these lands don’t use the same conventional 14 weapons we do, their gear is much smaller and simpler like basic spears. Nata’s village or people appeared to be wiped out by Arkveld and he wants revenge yet something seems off. The official website mentions Arkveld is a species that was long thought to have been extinct, and as the Hunter’s Guild is about trying to keep the balance of nature, we likely were not given the OK to go kill what is essentially a brand new species with only one individual. It doesn’t seem like any sort of existential threat yet and all it is doing is fighting top predators and apparently Nata has some kind of grudge against it. Uth Duna and Quematrice are the two other monsters revealed today, Uth Duna being this giant finned Leviathan who is the top of the food chain in the Scarlet Forest and Quematrice, an opportunistic scavenger who prefers carrion and uses its tail to light fires using a flammable substance it rubs on the ground. It likely does this to claim bodies and scare off other scavengers from bodies. The new Lynian tribe/species are the Wudwuds and it appears they let us stay in their settlement while we’re in the Scarlet Forest much like the village in the Windward Plains except those were people and these are tiny cat, bear, walrus, things. And they’re very cute. Also the pseudo confirmation that we will be using the decoration and talisman system of Rise and Sunbreak, pendants from World are back, the Palico will have Layered Armour, and the Seikret can be dressed up to some extent.
@@armaros848The preorder bonus is the Guild Knight layered set and a *Talisman* called a Hope Charm. If we were using the World system of Craftable charms/talismans it wouldn’t really make sense to make it a preorder thing if you can only ever obtain one of these, but Rise did this a lot and would give out unique talismans for events and stuff with cool names, but the skills them selves were replicable and duplicatable through melding.
every MH follow the same Date. This one will release em February/2025, so the DLC probably August/2026 and get support/update at least mid 2027 when they show up the next spin-off to release in midend 2027.
I was so exited, untill i noticed the system requirements. I knew i would be below minimum, but i expected minimum to be 1080p 60fps not 1080p upscaled 30fps. So realistically i need to upgrade everything, which is way to expensive atm. Also base game is 70€ which is a slap in the face, and i dont support it.
Lmaooooo bro your reaction at the end to the release date was priceless, I felt the exact same way!!

@athos9293 actually I'm fairly sure he's using the Gore skeleton without the smaller main arms
That is The White Wraith aka Arkveld, which is the cover art for Wilds.🎉🎉🎉

I wonder what made you think they'll be using the rise deco/talisman system cause so far I haven't seen anything that would lead me to think that.
