@@Sk1m_Beeble yea by 2007 it was the first 1000whp e36 328 and first 4 door e36 in the 9s. But yup still got it. Would like to do a refresh with more modern parts. When the car was built e85 wasn't a thing yet and the biggest injectors at the time were 1600cc.
I'd love to see where Zac takes this build. doing some major reinforcements, adjustments and mods would make this thing an absolute beast, even more so then it already is. Can you make a bald eagle cry for the horn?
So, I myself have a 1976 k5 and I have a 650 horse bored 402 big block, and rowdy is an understatement. Boom tubes and 6500 rpms straight ripping is ear pearcing. I drive it through town and I’ve had people tell me their windows actually warp and rattle. It blows my 40” tires off no matter what. It’s stupidly amazing and I love it.
I love the 2jz F150 swap, even though good 2jz's are probably getting harder and harder to find i do see people using Fords own 2.7 and 3.5l ecoboost motors for swapping into older f150's becoming more common.
I lost my shit with the way the shreditors added “the way the truck looked when we got it” just cause that sound matches the look perfect lol. Love you hert!!!
My brother had a k5 with a 12" lift and 44" tires , straight headers , somewhat built motor, it would still smoke those giant fkn tires, you had to open the doors and climb up the tire to get it no it, but it had about 7" of play either direction on the steering wheel, that thing was a southern as it gets , he still regrets trading it for a jeep CJ7 with a 10" lift and 40" tires, the jeep was a headache
I called it from the fire up of that blazer I knew the american muscle was gonna mop em up what a race a tank vs a street truck this was great keep it up guys
I had a 1976 gmc Jimmy high Sierra with a 1foot lift and 3 quarter ton axles with a GM crate motor and 38s. The thing was an absolute monster ... never got stuck in that truck
