I have the G3 pro.It’s an amazing scooter for the price.I would say my main complaint is the same.Little bit on the heavy side.Also,that specific throttle (they call it B version) have a tendency to stick,so they sent me a new one (C version) right away on the same day ,so i can say they have very good CS.

Get the Ausom Gallop,same scooter but $200 cheaper sold by Ausom,suprised Kukirin doesnt see this & lower the price,I just ordered the Gallop for $1049 w/code
Are they really the same? Ausom lists the max load of the Gallop at 265. The G3Pro lists 330. I would definitely go with the Gallop if it can handle 300lbs. I'm only 225 but I carry a 75lbs pack sometimes.
