This video brought up happiness in me, I right now have a very low powered entry level scooter where literally every car is angrily overtaking me and I have to push it up every hill... Its really stressful and most of the times I rather walk to be safer. You just showed me the other side of the scooter experience, how peaceful and fun it can be and I'm super grateful for that and I'm looking so much forward, for the delivery of my powerful scooter tomorrow!
You should make this a thing and do more ride a long day in the life videos like this! Your really cool and I enjoy coming along for the ride with you from my couch on the other side of the continent lol!
I like that idea. These videos are a lot less stressful to make, too. Makes sense with everyone bundled up inside for the Winter that I make some ride-along videos to scratch everyone's itch. Thanks for watching!
Just woke up and I'm scrolling across my phone.....I came across your video. I love it......I'm going to get me a camera and a Go Pro system next year lol😂😂😂❤
I’ve had my G3 Pro 6 months now & it’s been constant issues straight out the box , sent 2 wrong controllers then finally the correct short cable version. Charger output dropped to 51.3v instead of 58.8v which arrived months later through AliExpress. My throttle is literally falling apart. Constantly needing to reset the brakes, Battery performance is really poor & Kukirin emailed me saying the 80km range on the 23AH battery is based on a 50kg(110lb) rider 😂 Really wish I had paid the extra for the Roadrunner RS5 MAX . 😢 I live about 30km from Stanley Park so I don’t trust the range . A 5A charger + the original 2A charger & an hour in Starbucks with the removable battery might work .
The RS5 Max has different controllers and a massive battery, tubules tires, Different handlebars, different deck locks, true Nutt hydraulic brakes, and better components compared to the KuKirin G3 Pro. Its basically everything you would upgrade if you could. Easily worth the price difference with real customer service.
@@Scooter-King. I started upgrading mine at about 2000km , new paint job , new foot mat ,Exa291r shocks, still to fit my 4 piston Nutt Brakes…….i did try the RS5 Max v2 Controller which was great for 2 weeks , more power, more speed ,much smoother & the Power Braking control actually works . The issue was riding in mode2 single more often as it was faster than b4 but the G3 Pro rear motor couldn’t handle the extra amps , it took the Hall sensor & melted the small black - wire right back to the controller & about 10inches of the motor cable. ( New Hall sensor & cable repair was easy fix for the motor) but the new controller is done as I’m sure they fill the controllers up with resin so it’s pretty much impossible to work on them. So I’m back to 25amps for now , I’ll get buy the RS5 Max V2 controller again along with the motors next time. 🛴💨
E-scooters in New York are perfectly legal as long as you follow the bike rules. I’ve had zero issues with my kaabo WWXGT when I come across police no matter where I am the city or Long Island I get zero issues. Keep the videos coming ginger 🫚. Always fun watching your reviews and ride outs .
Technically there is a 20 mph limit on them. 15 mph in NYC. But, I've yet to be stopped . Only fair considering bikes move faster than that fairly often. Especially e-bikes which have a 25 mph limit.
Definitely since e bikes go 25 plus not to mention all them damn delivery drives on there illegal modpeds on the damn bike paths with no regard for other riders
I'd like some advice on winter riding clothes. I live in SW Virginia , the cold has set in for winter . I'm in my late 40's , this past summer i bought 2 ebikes and just ordered a joyor s10s scooter. It is outright painful to ride now. What do you like to wear?
Nice! I chose to get the Insta360 Ace Pro and its accessories like the GPS remote with the built in monitor. Since i already have a hero 10 with GPS built in i didnt want to get the 12 since there wasnt much of a difference but from the 9 to rhe 12? Thats a very nice choice my dude. 😎👊
How do you adjust the coilover shocks in this thing, they are stiff as hell, do we need any special tool? you got links to what they look like because I dare you try adjust those barehands.
Holy smokes! My first time hearing about that camera. I always ride at night but can never film it because the footage looks horrid. Do you know if the Ace Pro has external microphone ports?
@GingerOnWheels yeah that is right. The only thing i heard from reviewers was that insta360 would replace the lens free of charge but im not sure if we would have to pay for shipping to send it to them. That is one thing i really like about my Gopro hero 10 besides the built in GPS. 😁👌
@@THEAVERAGEGUY1983 well that's not too bad then I suppose. I paid twice, a very reasonable charge, to have to 360 x2 lens replaced. As long as it CAN be replaced then it's not terrible. I'm still considering it. I might just buy it for night rides.
I had a major recreational accident years ago that damaged my neck pretty bad. I'm mostly back in action and have been wanting to get a scooter to go around town or ride down by the beach here in FL. I've seen many stories of accidents so I would definitely get all the required gear to be safe, but is it worth it, or should I stick with an ebike? Are these things really that easy to crash on? Thanks in advance for any thoughts here. For reference, I like the Wolf Warrior X and VSETT 10+. I'm not looking to hit max speed the majority of time, but want to make sure whatever I get can get out of the way if and when it's needed. Edit: Although I mentioned the two scooters above, I'm not solid on anything just yet. I mainly want range and something that can get up and move, should I need to flow with traffic for a few minutes here and there. I'm looking to stay within 15-25mph most of the time.
scooters beat bikes. hands down. why? not seat, no chain, derailer, pedals or anything else to maintain. learn how to drive, dont turn on mud, wet leaves and such and you'll never fall. its all up to being responsible but of course nowadays people place blame instead beacause its too hard to admit we're stupid and its our fault. do some research. dont just get any one. get a vsett or a kaabo. nor a kukirin. ginger knows, his stuff is the best and i am a heavy rider. 2 kaabo mantis, a zero 10x, fluid horizon, vsett8. all totaling over 15,000 miles.
@@BoozySZN I had the nami burn e max and it's not very stable at speed. When you are going top speed on these things the range is negligible between them all.
Very true! I was more worried about range in this video though. You can see towards the end of the video we were at 45v under load, and cutoff is around 43v. Close one!
For $200 less the better looking & 10lb lighter G2 Master, 35mph top, disc brakes, no key lol Hmmm also G3 pro battery lock plastic cap keeps coming loose flapping around?
I'm debating whether to buy the Kaabo Wolf Warrior Plus (2024 model) at $1,699 with an extra charger, thumb throttle kit and a portable handlebar bag or the Kukirin G3 Pro for $1,499 with 2 year warranty! Decisions, decisions!
I don't think the Warrior x plus is worth that much more than the Kukirin. The G3 pro is a bit slower but has better suspension and honestly, having a 2 year warranty is legit. Plus idk if you saw, Kukirin is on sale right now on Amazon and comes with free scooter bag. amzn.to/4fHMOe5

Tennessee here and no issues. Just cannot ride on highway roads. California doesn’t care if you ride a Surron there but not sure here.

I have a question which do you think is better the g3 kirin or the varla eagle v2 im having a hard time picking from those 2 ?

You need a spanner wrench
Was consider this the vsett 9 and the oxo. Went with the oxo as I found it for 1000 on eBay new. Great video thanks. Can I buy your old go pro lol.
That's a great deal on the OXO, those are solid scooters. I think I'll be keeping my old gopro for now as a backup. :D

What suspension size is required for front and back on the kukirin g3 pro? Is it 125mm or 150mm

Which scooter would you recommend G3 Pro or G2 Pro Master?
Look into reviewing the kugoo g4 it's supposed to be the best single drive motor electric scooter
If they offer me one, I'll review it!
have you done a full range test on this scooter. I am curious. great video
Yes I have. It got around 12 miles of 30mph riding. ~20 miles at 22mph.
I went with the Ace Pro myself, for the lowlights
