    The very fact that the Mother stated a truth. That truth being things are not getting better. Then there is the realization of one of your children falling into a systemic trap of racism such as prison, oppression, financial denial banking, lack of business opportunities etc.....

    We've to recognize, African-Americans had gone thru lots in America. Outlasting full-blown extermination, Black folks in the Americas in general are resilient human beings. Exit is the only and best choice, definitely.However, compared to other communities, Black folks are given much options across the globe yet they often do not tap into 'em: much opportunities are at hands both in continental and diasporal Africa, few have such broad window of opportunity. Good this family of four make it to Tanzania, great country we've heard. But beware, Asian and European nationals are venturing in Africa and go back home rich: so, do not nap too much, do business ! Best of luck.

    Let keep it real Gen Z Era isn't a very good indicator of young Afro-Americans finding their way unless things changed. The new generation problems started from single families upbringing, most are being brought up in lower income neighborhoods with drug infestation of high crime and lack of education and very high black on black crime. This is a trend that can be turned around if we educate our young women to stop having babies without marriage at a very young age, because when this happened it put everyone behind economically and the struggles are real in low income neighborhoods. Responsibility and accountability what must happen going forward in the black communities if we truly want changes.

    • @Hismana-oi4yx
      @Hismana-oi4yx ปีที่แล้ว

      @edwingross9778 you going to run this?
      The Human Science Research Council and the South African Race Relations Institute states that more than 60% of South African children have absent fathers and more than 40% of South African mothers are single parents with the majority of this statistic being black women.

      In 2023, South Africa ranked first in the crime index among African countries, with a score of 75.5 index points. Somalia was the second most dangerous country on the continent, obtaining 66.7 points. The index evaluates the overall crime levels in a specific country.

      In 2023, Pretoria (South Africa) ranked first in the crime index among African cities, with a rating of roughly 82 index points. The five most dangerous areas on the continent were South African cities. Furthemore, Durban and Johannesburg followed, with a score of 80.9 and 80.7

    • @edwingross9778
      @edwingross9778 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      South Africa have its own crime issues that unique to them and the USA / North America have their own crime issues that unique to them, because you can't compare two countries crime as the same.

    • @MidNightBlue3421
      @MidNightBlue3421 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@Hismana-oi4yx Somalia's crime rate score is only based the rating of 1 city, and that is Mogadishu, the capital city. The people committing the crimes are a group of terrorists, who target the capital city(not other cities) once or twice a year( regardless it's still too many). The rest of the country is peaceful, but they won't tell yo'll that.Those rating are western govt's way of trying to make African countries seem all dangerous. But Europeans and Asian people love moving to and living in different countries all over the African continent. While continuing to tell nonsense lies to black people from America and Europe.

    The first time a police put a gun to my head, I was 16 years old. I had a really nice car that I worked and paid for by saving my money for years. The officer pulled me over for no reason except he saw a black kid driving a really nice car. When he asked to see my license, as I was reaching for it, he pulled his revolver and shouted "halt!" I was surprised looking down that barrel aimed straight between my eyes. He was shaking and his finger was firmly pressing the trigger. I said you asked to see my license, I was just doing what you asked. He said you should have done it slowly, you almost got shot! What did I know at 16? Then he told me to step out of the car as he searched the inside of my car and then the trunk. Then he asked if I had any drugs on me as he searched my person. I told him I don't do drugs, drink or smoke! After all of that I asked him what did you stop me for? He said you better get out of here, I'm letting you off this time. :(

    Leaving America because a cop put a gun to your head is nothing compared to what you’re ancestors went through, it all sounds very weak, 247 years of slavery, lunching, Jim Crow laws , so ancestors would be sad to hear your reason for leaving and going to a place called africa named by the colonizers with a multitude of problems of its own such as a crisis of leadership, corruption, mismanagement, poverty, massive debt, tribal wars, this is why Africans are fleeing in droves for a better life outside of Africa, blk Americans need to stay where we are and continue in making things better, africa is in total chaos and living in “A Fake Independence as the colonizers have never left, name one African country that controls its economy, this is all a Pipe Dream and most blk American find that out real fast

      Look our ancestors fought so that we can have the freedom to leave or stay. You're free to do what you want, get a second passport or citizenship, just like like white people have been doing every since they arrived here.
