Sir मेरे दोस्त ने एक प्राइवेट कॉलेज से ITI किया था और कॉलेज वालो ने उससे सभी डॉक्यूमेंट्स ले कर स्कॉलर के लिए उसका अकाउंट बैंक ऑफ बड़ौदा में उसी के नाम पर खुलवा दिया था और पास बुक भी नहीं दी थी बोल रहे थे की जब तुम्हारा कोर्स कंप्लीट हो जायेगा तब पास बुक दे देंगे और अब कोर्स को कंप्लीट हुए एक साल हो गए पर पास बुक अभी नही दे रहे जब भी जाते है तब यह कह देते है की कुछ दिनो बाद आओ मिल जायेगी पास बुक अब आगर ओ मेरे नाम पर खुल इस अकाउंट से कुछ करते है तो मैं क्या करू और पास बुक कैसे ले कॉलेज वालो से सर कुछ मदद करे 🙏

Nothing to worry > Quoting from UIDAI website > its bank's responsibility it says "Under the PML Rules Aadhaar is one of the officially valid documents accepted for opening bank account and the bank is required to do other due diligence for banking transactions or KYC. If at all some fraudster tries to open bank account using Aadhaar and bank doesn’t carry any due diligence then in such case an Aadhaar holder cannot be held responsible for bank’s fault. It is just like if some fraudster opens a bank account by presenting someone else’s Voter card/Ration card, it is the bank that would be held responsible not the voter or ration card holder. Till date no Aadhaar holder has suffered any financial loss on account of such misuse."

It happened with me. When we shifted newly to Delhi and the tenant who used to live before us in that house took a loan from bank and gave my number as a guarantor, now I didn’t know that person personally. He ran away with the money and that bank personnel started calling me and harassing me. When I refused I have not taken the loan and I don’t know that person she started abusing me and threatened me of police complaint to which I also said I have recorded this conversation where you are harassing me and abusing me and will also use that against you when you file the complaint then she cooled down and understood that he randomly gave a number which happened to be mine and so stopped calling me any further
In logon ka yahi solution hai..inhe ulta police ka dar dikhao or confidentiality apni baat rakho..kabhi bhi loose talk mat karo only to the point batao. Qki vo log bhi record rakhte hain. Or kabhi bhi ghar me aane ki dhamki de to police me complaint karke security ki maang kar sakte hain.
Sabse best prevention to yahi hai ki kabhi bhi un logon ko apni personal details ya bank related Matters me involvement hi mat do jinko achhe se jante na ho. Hamesha regret hota hai.
Aise kam me sabse jaada bank ke employees bhi involve hote hai......

Happened with me. Some crook cleared a two wheeler loan via Hero Finance using my PAN. I wasn't aware till I applied for a Home Loan and it came up in my CIBIL. I raised a dispute and CIBIL corrected it eventually but Hero Finance took no action on the fraudulent customer and approver.

Thank you guys 🙏. I just downloaded the app and was shocked to see my CIBIL score in a disastrous 657 figure inspite of NEVER being a defaulter on any loan for more than 10 years. The reason was a RBL BANK Bajaj finserv supercard credit card which was wrongfully issued to me in 2020 with a wrong mobile number and wrong father's name with an error of just one digit and alphabet. ( I think it was done on purpose). I could not surrender as there is no RBL branch in my state of Jharkhand. I have never ever used the card as I am dead against any credit card. The percentage of interest is an astounding 47.88% for the annual maintenance charge of Rs 815/- which I have been a defaulter for 8 months. ( I have no idea how much will be the total bill of this stupid Rs 815).I was unaware of this bill as my mobile no was wrong and I didn't get any updates. I think this is done on purpose by the bajaj finserv agent. I am going to confront him tomorrow on the auspicious Dhanteras. Guide me fellows 🙏.

Cibil just asks for ₹500 to register and report. I doubt if the fake loan is their own strategy to earn ₹500 from each victim client.

I initiated a dispute on the CIBIL portal, and they clarified that the loan in question does not belong to me. They advised me to contact the respective Bank or NBFC nodal officer. Following their suggestion, I reached out to them, but they responded by stating that the loan was taken from my side with my documents. Now, I'm unsure about the next steps. they wont allow you to edit or delete data. They ask for all data like pan number, DOB, pincode, addresses everything
It happened to with my husband also, he gave documents for credit card and somebody used those and took bike loan. Cibil score getting down as the person was not paying the loan than my husband complaint it in police station and to cibil department. After a lot of hard work finally we got rid of that loan and cibil score is good now

Well you can lock you adhar card but pan and voter id can be used for bank account
You can download the same from your bank app for free. Do not download your credit report from any app or third party. First they misuse this report and second every time they refresh your report you credit score get hit. Never ever do it.

A scam happening to me, in which I received a call, a person told me to "invest in particular stock using his unknown app on which I have Demat Account". I even did not created any account any app. Now I told him not to call me, & if there is my account close it, he is asking for ₹ 500 to close account. I continuously receiving call, what should I do? Did someone open account on my name?

Why is onescore a private platform having our details of loan?
Why government share user loan data with one score and not display them through government portal??
But it takes time for any loan or any credit to reflect in credit report by this time the damage has been done
Also what should someone do in such cases after he figures out that a loan has been taken on his behalf?

cibil score another disgusting way to control people's money
Last month I noticed a hard enquiry on my CIBIL by NAHAR company. They have reported to CIBIL that I have applied for consumer loan of ₹50k.
I have learnt that there are many people who have got a similar kind of hard enquiry on their CIBIL.
I have disputed it to CIBIL. I don't know if they will remove it or not.
