The Legend Industries twin turbocharged DMC12 would've been quite the riot to drive, considering it outpaced the Ferrari 308 and Porsche 928 at the time. 0 to 60 in 5.8 seconds, top speed of 150 mph, it was also faster around Bridgehampton Raceway than the Ferrari and the Porsche as well.
Fun Fact: Did you know that all DeLoreans that were made after the movie "Back to the Future" was released, the maximum speed that was on the speedometer said 88mph, even though that the top speed was over 100?
No DeLoreans where release after the movie. They ended production of the car in 1983 and the movie came out in 1985. From the factory the speedo topped at 85MPH and the prop department had to make new speedometers that read 95 so they could do 88.
1:37 it is possible the stainless means it stains less car Stanley’s steel is still 99% iron which forms iron oxide, or rust, it just takes a lot longer.

I love this car I want it in forza! With the body mods for the BTTF model but probably not going to happen because of licensing issues with universal and DMC :(
Did you know that everyone says the delorean is slow but it's early 80s and everything is slow back then and also there are some pieces that made the engine worse and as long as you replaced them they ran good, i think the main problem was something that choked it from fuel

No. The body panels are made from 304 grade stainless steel. It will not rust no matter what.
