Strengthening my lower abs and glutes worked for me. Solved my chronic lower back pain too. Try partially flexing your lower abs and glutes as you walk and stand throughout the day. At first you won't be able to do it long or much but it won't take long before you can do it almost all day long.
following your Darkside program right now, would be awesome if you dropped a video on it. Im really enjoying it and i think more people gotta know about it!
Thanks for vid. Thoughts on pioneer 4" & 3" 10mm lever v2 pal belt? My mom accidently bought me 3" as a gift so I bought 4" also. Planning on using 3" for deadlift and keeping both lol
I think it's fairly rare for the hip flexors to need strengthening. It's usually the lower abs. For those, I like reverse crunches with a slow and controlled tempo. See Mike S's comment too
Hey Ben great video! Could you also talk about squat form when it comes to foot position? I have been squatting for a year but I still haven’t figured out what is the best foot placement for me. Nothing feels “natural” so to speak. Thanks!
man you’ve gotten properly huge
I do mine in the afternoon
People always laugh at the adductor/abductor machine but that does more for my hips when back squatting than anything else did.
My favorite natural bodybuilder/powerlifter!!!!
Lifetime natural.... probably
