One thing I miss the most from COD2019 is the clean iron sights. For some reason all the iron sights from this game were clean and not too bulky. Now it’s like they’re just coming back from thanksgiving.

Agreed! With MW2019 I could easily hold my own with irons even in long range engagements on warzone. Now I feel like I HAVE to have a rds or acog
This was a problem because it made red-dot sights redundant. Ironsights should be significantly more obstructive than red-dot and holographic sights
i like using reticles personally but i will agree it makes every gun feel the same. kinda soulless. just whatever gun hits the hardest with the same couple sights on it. that’s why i’ve been running the ram and the hrm in warzone. they don’t need reticles
@@KekusMagnus red dot sights are definitely not redundant, they still have their uses since guns have visual recoil, aim firing stability and muzzle flash. A red dot sight helps in more ways than just improving target acquisition, it helps you visualise the recoil pattern and trajectory, and you can counteract the recoil force of a gun better with a good red dot vs irons which block a large amount of your viewmodel. There's a reaosn why red dots like the cronen mini dot and AIM OP V-4 were very popular.

the thing i miss about MW19...is the headshot "ding"....freaking hilarious...
Reminded me of the older World War II games where you got the ping when you shot him in the head because it knocked their helmet off. I don't know if it was Battlefield, Call of Duty, medal of Honor or all of them but it was always hilarious. Modern Warfare 3 does have a specific headshot noise but it isn't that comical ping noise.

It was for the visibility. ya'll complained abt how everything blended in too well in the environment and how that encouraged camping so they had to tweak the lighting to accommodate for that. Texture resolution by itself is equal if not better than mw19.
Because mw2 Cold War, ect every game after was trying to replicate mw19. Mw19 fr was a game changer. Anything they added in mw2 any new features as well as mw3, could have easily just been an update to this game

I miss 2019. Bought my new home and a new call of duty. So many late late nights with the boys...good memories that couldn't be replicated on the cod's after that.

the best MW by far. being able to stim to keep your tac sprint up is such a nice feature and core not taking 300 bullets to kill is also a plus side
I think that's a skill issue if you find 150 HP difficult.
@@shadowtitan8545 it's mainly annoying, 90% of guns dont benefit from headshots. i stick to HC because of the annoyance in core
@@kyleessick7894 While I do understand this that is the point of the weapon balance. Most guns benefit from multiple headshots instead of simply one. Most ARs have ttks only for mid range so that SMGS have that fast snappy TTK in close range. The only crappy balancing at least in my opinion is the snipers.

@@shadowtitan8545I prefer high ttk but it’s good for a mode like warzone. 6v6 150 ttk creates too many windows for third parties and kill steals.
A lot easier to win 2v1 or 3v1s in this ttk. As shown by this video
i was literally going through your old mw19 videos last night and now this? brilliant.
I miss MW19 a lot. It represented Infinity Ward at its best - a significant upgrade in graphics pushing the franchise forward, audio that was a labour of love with incredible detail and polish, weapons that struck the right balance between fast handing while feeling like they had weight and punchiness when you fired them. Good map design with not a lot of real misses. Fantastic gameplay innovations in modes like Gunfight. It was the Call of Duty that brought me back to my days in high school, playing MW2 on the 360 with friends after school every day for hours. I still remember the smile on my face in the first few games on launch, brought upon by the feeling of "we back, baby".
I will always hold a bit of anger towards Warzone for what it did to this game. I can appreciate that it came at exactly the right time when the pandemic hit and I put plenty of hours into the mode when there was nothing else to do but the tradeoff with how it impacted multiplayer in this game as well as moving forward was never worth it. Black Ops: Cold War wasn't a worthy sequel and frankly was a step backwards but thanks to the need for Warzone integration torched the multiplayer and anyone (like me) who wanted to keep enjoying MW19 just...couldn't, thanks to how unplayable the game became.
Even MW3 can't hold a candle to this game. It suffers from the problems that Infinity Ward worked so hard to get right - the weapons look and sound like peashooters. Entire classes of weapons sound the same save for what feels like a little pitch shifting between them. Snipers lack any sort of punchiness to make them feel like the powerful one shot weapons that they are. LMGs which are supposed to be heavy, powerful instruments of death barely sound like it. It just doesn't evoke the same feeling, which I so desperately wish it did. I've more or less put the game down at this point, playing only in small intervals occasionally which honestly makes me a bit sad. Call of Duty has always been my favourite multiplayer game, the game I've sunk the most hours in and MW19 ushered in another era of what felt like the golden years. I just hope the era hasn't ended so soon.

Man i love this game its such a pure perfection in everything the engine, the audio, the sfx, the guns, the perk system, the graphics, the colors, the movement (which is the best of all time) i hope they return to this engine dude
I have no idea why they didn’t just polish this engine up and update it regularly like Fortnite has. Would’ve saved time, money and recourses.

I remember coming home from high school, which was my final year, and immediately jumping online with my buddies playing until the early hours of the morning. No janky guns, no pay to win, nothing but pure prime cod years. Nothing really mattered except skill. Man I miss those nights…

Man 2019 was the goat. I'm still sad to this day that MW2-2 and 3-2 didn't seem as fun. I didn't get either of them, but 2019 was such lighting in a bottle. First time I'd enjoyed cod since BO2. Just the right amount of movement tech to keep things interesting and give you stuff to learn, but not advanced movement budget titanfall stuff. Just everything about the systems and gunplay felt so, so good. It was like when OG MW2 came out and changed the game forever. Since then, it honestly feels like most of the changes they made from 2019 into MW2 and 3 just made the game worse.
I just bought MW2-2 a couple days ago and to me it feels way worse than MW2019. The movement sucks, it feels so slow and sluggish and fuck that recoil. I wish I would have spent that $50 on a MW2019 bundle instead.

I never enjoy any of the other cod after this one. This one was the goat. During covid too. It was the best thing to do and watch. All my routes and set ups were literally from Handler and Futive. 💯💯 miss it so much

This cod was dogshit worst for years , the only good things to come from it were warzone and crossplay the multiplayer was terrible built for new players with safe spaces to hide

2019 was the cod i came back to since mw3 og and your ak build with the 556 became my favorite build to the point of grinding the obsidian skin for it
I used to play the CODs starting with the original... 2019 was the last game I plated before the MW3 that just came out. I really enjoyed the 2019 and wish they would bring back a few of the old maps.
