There's a series of books called 33 1/3 where the artists and others involved talk about how albums were recorded. Chocolate and Cheese has it's own book. Pretty interesting and recommended it if you don't know about it.
I own it! It's the only officially published book about the band as far as I'm aware, so I figured I should check it out, and there are some great stories and info in that book.
I have that book, too (and the 331/3 for Exile on Main St, and Aja, as well…anyone want to recommend any other really good 331/3 books? Wouldn’t Ween be an awesome subject for a really good documentary film?! Lots of great facets and stories (SpongeBob, Sturm Thurgosen, Pizza Hut, yadda yadda), and more people should know about one of the greatest rock bands (and songwriters) ever (and my current favorite for the past two years, when I “discovered” them) Saw them for the 4th time on Pier 17 rooftop in NYC this past Thursday, and every show is better than the last, and I look forward to more.
Awesome tutorial you have the best ween lessons on youtube by far
