You should see Misia first performance on the show. Aitakute ima. You won't need to know Japanese to understand and feel this song. It's an incredible performance full of emotion and power. It transcends all languages pure emotion and story telling in verse. If you've ever lost someone dear the feeling wanting to see them even if you know it's impossible.

“Riding on the back of silver dragon" is the main theme song of a Japanese TV drama. The name of this song is a metaphor of the doctors who work in countryside, they usually ride a silve bicycle, just like warriors riding silver dragon.
Everything before 5:23 was from original Japanese lyrics, after that she changed to the Chinese cover version, “最初的梦想”（zui chu de meng xiang,"the Dream at the first”）,that was why everyone in the show had been surprised.
