JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Requiem is a community-made fighting game, based on the mechanics and characters from the 1998 game, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Heritage for the Future.
Dio is a playable character in HftF too, but the Requiem counterpart differs heavily from the original in a few places.

It works, u have to press 2 attack buttons at once, or the dash key once

The Misc button is the L key on default settings. It's explained in the Beginner's Guide, it might help you a lot.

Hmmm, can't really tell. I'd say experiment with Jotaro or Jonathan, their grab is the Misc button.

Some characters can grab with the Misc button, and sometimes it's used for specials. For example, Dio has supers that use that button.
